DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Saturday Main Slate (10/11/25)

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (10/11/25) main slate in Week 7. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

As we progress further into fall, more of the marquee games begin to fall into the afternoon time slots. We have a dozen games in the main slate again, with some intriguing matchups. Alabama in Columbia to face Missouri gets us started. What tops that? Central Florida, a team that can't stand Cincinnati for one reason or another, heads to the Queen City. Pitt is heading to Tallahassee to face the Seminoles. The first meeting for the Illibuck since 2017 gets underway in Champaign at noon as well. UCLA heads to East Lansing looking for a road win.

The afternoon kicks may be even better. The Red River Shootout seems to hinge on the right thumb of John Mateer. Iowa State heads to Boulder for a meeting with Ralphie. TCU heads to K-State for the most purple you will ever see in one location. It's Techmo Bowl from Atlanta. North Carolina State heads to Indiana to give Notre Dame another Power 4 for. We end this in Eugene with Indiana, the last Big Ten team to win in Autzen Stadium, trying to duplicate the feat.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main DraftKings slate on 10/11/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from high to low. DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Avery Johnson, Kansas State ($9.2K)

How important is Avery Johnson running the football for K-State? Since 2023, K-State is 9-2 when he runs for at least 50 yards in a game and has scored less than 28 points just twice (Ls at Iowa State and BYU in 24).

Johnson had a monster game last week, and K-State still managed to pull out a loss. This is DFS. We frankly don't care. What we do care about is how much Johnson's numbers have improved with Dylan Edwards back in the offense. Johnson has 59 DraftKings points over the last two games with Edwards back.

TCU's defense struggled with Sam Leavitt, who is a similar athlete to Johnson. We should see another 50-yard rushing game from Johnson, and he could flirt with 300 passing yards again.

Julian Sayin, Ohio State ($8.5K)

Sayin has quietly had a really good season. He's leading FBS by completing 80.6% of his passes. He also has at least 300 passing yards in three of his five starts. Sayin hasn't had a monster game because he doesn't need to. I would say that best leaves him for cash lineups.

On the other hand, Illinois has a strong rush defense but has struggled in pass defense. The Illini are allowing 273 passing yards per game. Look at what Indiana did to them. Sayin could put up a sneaky-good game today.

Brendan Sorsby, Cincinnati ($7.7K)

Dollar for dollar, Sorsby is one of the best plays on the slate. Cincinnati had trouble with dual threats Jalon Daniels and Avery Johnson. Sorsby is as elusive as both, rushing for 58.5 yards per game this season.

Sorsby's season low in fantasy points is 23.4. You simply don't see a floor like that in this price range. He should be at least $1K higher, but I'm glad he's not.

Nico Iamaleava, UCLA ($6.2K)

Better late than never, right? Iamaleava and UCLA struggled to the point of the coach getting fired before exploding against Penn State. It was cooking in the second half against Northwestern. The appointment of Jerry Neuheisel to play caller put the UCLA offense over the top.

Time will tell if people figure out Neuheisel, but we saw Nebraska's Dylan Raiola get to this defense last week. Love him or hate him, Nico still has talent. If UCLA is figuring out how to use him, he is severely underpriced.

• Josh Hoover, TCU ($8.2K)
• Fernando Mendoza, Indiana ($8K)
• Beau Pribula, Missouri ($7.1K)
• Aidan Chiles, Michigan State ($6.5K)
• John Mateer, Oklahoma ($6.1K, if he starts)

Ahmad Hardy, Missouri ($8.3K)

Much has been made of Alabama's run defense, and Georgia did run for over 200 yards on them. So did Florida State. It doesn't always amount to points, but that doesn't matter a whole lot here. Hardy could run for 200 yards in this one. Even if he doesn't score, it's a very successful DFS day.

I'm a little concerned with all of the hype on Hardy. I loved him last year at Monroe and expected this at Missouri. Alabama is still a big test. Hardy's low mark on the season was 19 DK points in the opener. He only had 10 carries in that game. He has had at least 22 carries in each game since.

Jadarian Price, Notre Dame ($6.6K)

Both Notre Dame backs get work, and Price has a nose for the end zone. He has scored seven touchdowns in the last four games despite 10-15 touches per game. Jeremiyah Love is the featured back, but he is significantly more expensive. Price's workload and output are fair for the price in this potent offense.

Bo Jackson, Ohio State ($5.8K)

It's hard to trust a RB1 tag at Ohio State, but Jackson has received the first carry of the game in each of the last two weeks. He's still going to split time with CJ Donaldson and James Peoples, but Jackson has 32 touches over the last two games. I love that kind of volume for the price in the Ohio State offense.

Abu Sama III, Iowa State ($4.3K)

Carson Hansen left last week's game against Cincinnati with a concussion. He is officially questionable, but how many times has a player come back from a concussion in one week in the last five years in either college or the NFL? It's rare, especially with the emphasis on head trauma in contact sports.

That should leave Sama as the feature back for Iowa State. He has been good-to-great in that role since 2023. I love Sama at this price.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State ($9K)

The price is absurd, but Smith leads the entire slate in targets, receptions, and yards per game. Given the struggles of the Illinois pass defense, Smith could break the slate. This isn't hyperbole. This is Smith's best matchup of the season so far.

Eric McAlister, TCU ($6.8K)

McAlister has 12 receptions for 319 yards and five touchdowns in his last two games alone. He doesn't carry an injury designation into this one, so lock and load. If this game stays close, as it should, McAlister has a 50 DK point ceiling.

Hank Beatty, Illinois ($4.5K)

Beatty is a target hog at a very low price. I know the Ohio State defense is going to get after Luke Altmyer, but he'll find Beatty somewhere. Beatty has at least five receptions in all but the Indiana game and has three 100-yard games in six tries.

There is some risk here, but if Illinois has any prayer of hanging around, Beatty will need to have a big game. He's a great GPP target.

Kenny Johnson, Pittsburgh ($4.5K)

A switch in quarterbacks often means a switch in target allocation as well. It did for Johnson. With Mason Heintschel under center, Johnson exploded with nine receptions for 115 yards and a touchdown against Boston College.

It's going to be tougher sledding against Florida State, but I think Heintschel will have a long leash. Pitt is going to have to throw to keep up, so Johnson again has nice upside for the price.

Chase Sowell, Iowa State ($3.3K)

Sowell has been a big piece of the Iowa State offense since the bye. In the last two games, he has nine receptions for 204 yards and a touchdown. There is simply no reason for Sowell to be this cheap. He is Iowa State's leading target in the last two games.

• Amare Thomas, Houston ($3.2K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks

TCU vs. Kansas State - Game Stack

TCU's defensive stats are bolstered by tilts against bad Abilene Christian and North Carolina teams. They have certainly been more solid than Kansas State, but this is one game that I see being close with both teams in the 30s.

Many lineups will run Hoover and McAlister from TCU and call it good. It is, but Kevorian Barnes doesn't carry an injury designation this week, and it only $5K. He should be in all TCU stacks. Also, using Jeremy Payne could be a good way to differentiate from the field. He is the better receiver of the backs and has scored a touchdown in each of the last two games.

If you want to go with a TCU full stack, Hoover/McAlister/Barnes is the base. Add Payne and Joseph Manjack IV, or Manjack and Jordan Dwyer, to get to five. Manjack is still too cheap for the production. He has three straight games in double figures for DK points.

Kansas State is a bit tougher to stack, especially with Dylan Edwards questionable. You will see a lot of runbacks with Johnson and Jayce Brown. I propose running back a three-man K-State stack with four-man TCU (Johnson/Brown/Joe Jackson or Edwards...whichever one plays).

Notre Dame vs. North Carolina State

Same team, different opponent. The Notre Dame offense has been a force this year.  I expect many to go with Notre Dame mini stacks of CJ Carr/Love/Price. That's leaving points on the field. The good news is that we can run Carr with both backs and still add to this stack because the Notre Dame receivers are cheap.

Every piece of the Notre Dame offense got there against Arkansas, and many still did against Boise. Malachi Fields, Jordan Faison, and Eli Raridon are all heavily involved in the offense.

I don't think the Irish will throw enough to run three receivers, but I would propose running a stack of Love/Price/Fields/Faison and leaving Carr out. That will set your lineup apart.
