Cleveland Browns rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. is coming off a career-high game in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans, turning his 11 targets into eight receptions, 114 yards, and one touchdown. During Wednesday's press conference, head coach Kevin Stefanski was "very impressed" with Fannin's work ethic and versatility. He has a clear connection with fellow rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders since Week 12, with a 25.1% average target share and 2.23 yards per route run. The Browns take on the Chicago Bears in Week 15, who have allowed an average of 10.9 fantasy points to the tight end position this season. Fannin is a TE1 and ranked fourth among all tight ends in the latest RotoBaller rankings, especially with fellow tight end David Njoku (knee) ruled out. Fannin offers fantasy managers a reliable PPR floor with high upside for the first week of the fantasy playoffs.--Matt McCauley
