Fantasy Football Playoffs Wide Receiver Rankings Outlooks

Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (collarbone) was a limited participant in practice for the second straight day on Tuesday. The veteran wideout has been on Injured Reserve since suffering a broken collarbone in Week 7. Before that, Evans missed three games due to a lingering hamstring injury. When healthy, Evans has recorded 14 receptions for 140 yards and one touchdown in four games.

It appears Evans is trending in the right direction, but fantasy managers will need to check back on Wednesday for the final injury report ahead of the Thursday night matchup versus the Atlanta Falcons. The veteran pass-catcher is a future Hall of Famer, but he could be on a snap count if he returns in Week 15, which would make him a volatile fantasy option in what is the first week of the fantasy playoffs in most leagues.

Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce has become the team's WR2 behind Michael Pittman Jr. this year in Indy and led the team with 80 receiving yards in their Week 14 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. He actually leads the Colts with 769 receiving yards on 38 receptions through 14 weeks. However, Pierce's situation in Indy has taken a turn for the worse following quarterback Daniel Jones' season-ending Achilles tear. Rookie backup Riley Leonard (knee) has a sprained PCL, too, and will likely miss some time. T

he 25-year-old Pierce has been a reliable deep threat for the Colts this year and is averaging a league-high 20.2 yards per catch on 67 targets in 2025. Pierce is rostered in 65% of Yahoo leagues, but he's going to be a pretty shaky starting option for fantasy managers in a tough Week 15 matchup against the Seahawks, with either Philip Rivers or Brett Rypien leading Indy's offense.

Jerry Jeudy, Cleveland Browns

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has proven he can have massive games in the past, and the first-round pick had one of his best games of the season in Week 14 against the Titans. He only had three catches but racked up 76 yards and a long touchdown from Shedeur Sanders, who looked like a solid QB for the rest of the year.

Sanders throws the deep ball well, and if he connects more often with Jeudy, the receiver could be a nice add for the fantasy football playoffs. Jeudy has shown a very high ceiling, and he may now have a QB who can connect with him to make big plays. His season-long numbers are still not very impressive, but he and Sanders are trending up coming into their matchup this week with the Bears, who have allowed the third-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.

A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown hauled in six of his 13 targets for 100 yards in Monday night's overtime loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Brown has now posted four straight games with double-digit targets and has topped 100 yards in three consecutive outings after having only one double-digit target game and two 100-yard performances over his first nine games. The star wideout could have had an even bigger day, but he just narrowly missed on a few deep throws from quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Brown did, however, drop a pass that led to one of four interceptions for Hurts on the night. The Eagles' WR1 still looks like his dominant self when he's targeted, even with the Eagles' collective struggles on offense. He'll continue to profile as a high-end fantasy option in Week 15 in a plus matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Pat Bryant, Denver Broncos

Denver Broncos rookie wide receiver Pat Bryant has been able to put himself on the fantasy radar over the last few weeks with increased involvement in the passing game. Bryant was a non-factor in fantasy football leagues until his five-catch performance in Week 11. After that, Bryant has finished with seven receptions for 74 yards over his last two games.

The rookie wideout has been the second-best wideout lately behind Courtland Sutton. His recent performances should be enough to put Bryant on the fantasy radar as a WR4/flex option in Week 15 when the Broncos host the Green Bay Packers. Both Sutton and Troy Franklin figure to be involved as well, but Bryant has done enough to earn consideration off the waiver wire for WR depth going into the fantasy playoffs.

Rashid Shaheed, Seattle Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed turned in his first fantasy-relevant performance as a member of the Seahawks in Sunday's win over the Atlanta Falcons. Shaheed did most of his damage on a punt return for a touchdown. However, it was his four receptions on five targets that were encouraging. Most importantly, Shaheed's targets were far more downfield than they have been since he joined the Seahawks. He recorded 67 receiving yards on his four catches.

Fantasy managers will not be able to count on a weekly punt return for a touchdown from Shaheed, but if his targets and route participation can continue to improve, he could end up being a solid add for the fantasy football playoffs. Shaheed should not be started in Week 15; however, he should be rostered in case his involvement in the offense continues to improve. With the stretch run of the NFL season upon us, it would behoove the Seahawks to get Shaheed more involved.
