Eric Cross' top 25 fantasy baseball prospects to stash in redraft for Week 11 (2026). His updated MLB rookie rankings for prospect call-ups to make 2026 impacts.
It was a slower week on the prospect front last week, with only a couple of notable prospect promotions. Edwin Arroyo finally got the call to Cincinnati after excelling in Triple-A, and LuJames Groover got the call in Arizona.
We also saw Spencer Jones recalled after Aaron Judge landed on the IL. It looks like Jones could get some run, too, as Judge might not be back until August.

Fantasy Baseball Prospect Rankings Analysis
Joshua Baez, St Louis Cardinals
Joshua Baez is a man on a mission over the last month. The 22-year-old outfield prospect smashed nine home runs in his final 17 games in May and already has four multi-hit games so far in June. Over the last 30 days, Baez is slashing .317/.379/.712 with 19 extra-base hits, 10 home runs, and five steals in 116 plate appearances. But at the same time, he's running just a 6.9% walk rate with a 31.9% strikeout rate.

There aren't many hitting prospects with more upside for fantasy than Baez, which is why he's so appealing as a redraft stash candidate. Baez is currently rocking a 92.4 mph AVG EV, 52.4% hard-hit rate, and a 20% barrel rate in Triple-A, and is an above-average runner as well. Even if the contact/strikeout issues keep the AVG and OBP in check, Baez could realistically provide 15 home runs and 10 steals over the second half of the season.
Kaelen Culpepper, Minnesota Twins
Up until a 0-for-4 game on Sunday, Kaelen Culpepper was on a 12-game hitting streak with five home runs during the streak. This streak has pushed Culpepper up to 14 home runs for the season to go along with nine doubles, 13 steals, and a .265/.371/.491 slash line in 267 plate appearances. Culpepper has also scored 50 runs and driven in 40 in 56 games for St. Paul.
Under the hood has been just as impressive for Culpepper in terms of contact, approach, and quality of contact. While he doesn't stand out in any one area, Culpepper has been above-average across the board this season. He currently sports a 91.1 mph AVG EV and a 48.9% hard-hit rate with a 89.3% zone and 78.2% overall contact rate. Culpepper also has an impressive 12.7% walk rate while striking out just 18.4% of the time.
Don't blink, you'll miss another Kaelen Culpepper homer!

Honestly, I have no idea what the Twins are waiting for. Culpepper is one of the top shortstop prospects in the game, who is excelling in Triple-A and has a clear path to regular playing time in Minnesota. The Twins have been rolling with the duo of Orlando Arcia and Tristan Gray at shortstop lately, and while neither one is performing poorly, it would make sense for the floundering Twins to see what they have in their shortstop of the future.
Yohandy Morales, Washington Nationals
One of the hottest hitters over the last month of minor league action has been Washington's Yohandy Morales. The 2023 second-round selection is slashing .383/.448/.755 with eight doubles and nine home runs in 105 plate appearances over the last 30 days while keeping the strikeout rate in check at 21.9% during this timeframe.

— Nationals Player Development (@Nats_PlayerDev) June 2, 2026
Morales has been pounding the ball all season in Triple-A, posting a 92.6 mph AVG EV, a 53.7% hard-hit rate, and a 12.9% barrel rate. However, his contact rates have been below average at 74.1% in the zone and 68.4% overall. But with Morales' level of quality of contact, those contact rates can play.
With all of that said, the path to playing time isn't currently there for Morales. He's spent time at first base, third base, and designated hitter so far this season. In Washington, those spots are occupied by Luis Garcia, Curtis Mead, and James Wood, respectively, who have been the top third of the Nationals' order recently. It looks like it will take an injury or poor performance from Garcia or Mead for Morales to work his way into the Major League lineup on a regular basis.
Hagen Smith, Chicago White Sox
I've seen plenty of people getting excited about a possible promotion for Hagen Smith in the near future. Yes, Smith is knocking on the door to the Majors, and I could easily see the White Sox giving him a shot in the near future. However, I'm not nearly as giddy as others are when it comes to Smith's potential fantasy impact in redraft leagues this season.
Hagen Smith (@whitesox) reaches a career-high 92 pitches in a scoreless outing for Triple-A @KnightsBaseball:
4 2/3 IP
3 H
0 R
3 BB
9 K (T-season high)
19 swings-and-misses pic.twitter.com/bCTVZN28XZ— MLB Pipeline (@MLBPipeline) June 7, 2026
In 13 starts for Triple-A Charlotte this season, Smith has posted a 3.78 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, and a 35% strikeout rate across 47.2 innings. Smith is a difficult look for opposing batters, as evident by the 35% strikeout rate, 14.6% SwStr rate, and .183 BAA. But he's also walked 16% of the batters he's faced after posting a 17.6% walk rate in 2025. If you combine the last two seasons, Smith has walked 89 batters in 123.1 innings.
The upside is there and high enough to have him in these top-25 stash rankings when you also factor in the proximity, but I'm expecting a rocky road for Smith once he debuts with the White Sox.
Additional Notes
- Carlos Lagrange (NYY): The Yankees are transitioning Lagrange to the bullpen so he can help the Major League team out of the pen during the second half of the season. While this might speed up Lagrange's arrival to the Majors, it also limits his fantasy appeal for 2026 redraft leagues.
- Thomas White (MIA): In the second big blow to a Miami top pitching prospect in the last week, Thomas White will likely miss the rest of the season with a left shoulder capsular sprain. This comes shortly after Robby Snelling's Tommy John surgery announcement. The long-term upside for White is still immense, but he can be crossed off the list for 2026.
- Aidan Miller (PHI): There was hope that Aidan Miller would make it up to Philadelphia this season, but the odds of that have gotten bleak after the most recent injury update on the Phillies' top infield prospect. Miller was recently diagnosed with discogenic pain and facet inflammation in the lumbar spine, which will require a procedure called a radiofrequency ablation of the facet joints. I'm not exactly sure what that means, but the report said that Miller could return to game action in around two months, which puts us into August.
