Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett is conducting one of the most pass-heavy offenses in the NFL this season. Brissett has completed 80 passes on 106 attempts over the last two weeks with a 75 percent completion percentage. The 32-year-old has flipped the Cardinals into a passing offense and has been able to produce multiple fantasy viable pass-catchers. Brissett enters Week 13 as RotoBaller's 11th-ranked quarterback in a favorable matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Over the last two weeks, the Buccaneers' defense has allowed opposing offenses to gain over 270 passing yards and three passing touchdowns. Against a struggling defense, Brissett has an opportunity once again to light up fantasy scoreboards in a high-volume role. Brissett could see the return of top wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix), who has officially been listed as questionable after missing the previous two games due to undergoing appendectomy surgery. Even if Harrison can't go, Brissett should be viewed as a low-end QB1 with upside and can comfortably be inserted into starting lineups.--Wyatt McClintock
