Lucas Raymond Sustains Upper-Body Injury
Detroit Red Wings right wing Lucas Raymond (upper body) was hurt in Monday's 3-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. He picked up a power-play assist late in the first period but had to exit the game in the second due to an upper-body injury. Raymond has enjoyed a fine start to the 2025-26 campaign, recording two goals and one assist in three games. The Red Wings must reconfigure their first line and top power-play unit if Raymond can't play in Wednesday's matchup against the Florida Panthers. Elmer Soderblom and Jonatan Berggren are the candidates to fill the gap in the lineup.
