When is Jacob Misiorowski getting called up? Will Misiorowski get promoted in June 2025? Read about this top fantasy baseball prospect outlook heading into Week 10.
The Milwaukee Brewers' No. 4 prospect, Jacob Misiorowski, has been tearing it up in the minors in recent years. He has a career 3.11 ERA and 313 strikeouts and has quickly risen up the minor league ranks since being selected in the second round of the 2022 MLB Draft.
Misiorowski is now making a strong case to be called up very soon. He owns a 2.31 ERA and 73 strikeouts in his first 12 games (11 starts) for Triple-A Nashville this season. As a result, it's only a matter of time until the hard-throwing right-hander is promoted to the major league roster.
So, when are the Brewers going to call up Misiorowski? Can we expect him to make his debut in June? Let's dive in and find out.
Jacob Misiorowski Prospect Update for Fantasy Baseball
Misiorowski has posted solid numbers in each of the past two minor league seasons. He finished with a 3.41 ERA and 110 strikeouts across 20 starts at Single-A, High-A, and Double-A in 2023 and then had a 3.33 ERA and 127 strikeouts in 33 appearances (21 starts) between Double-A and Triple-A last year.
After those two strong campaigns, Misiorowski has taken his game to another level in 2025. He has allowed one earned run or fewer in 10 of 12 appearances this season while holding opposing hitters to a .177 batting average. With a 2.31 ERA to start the year, his time in the majors should be coming shortly.

Now, the biggest concern with Misiorowski is his poor command. He walked 60 batters across 97 1/3 innings last season, and the walks remain a problem. Although he has walked two batters or fewer in four of his past five starts, the right-hander just issued six walks across two innings his last time out.
Jacob Misiorowski Outlook for Fantasy Baseball
It remains to be seen when Misiorowski will be called up by the Brewers. However, it's not a great sign that he has pitched under five innings in three straight starts. Given that Milwaukee's rotation is getting healthier, with Brandon Woodruff (shoulder) nearing a return, it might be a while until fantasy managers see the 6-foot-7 pitcher in the majors.

The Brewers are currently rolling with Freddy Peralta, Aaron Civale, Chad Patrick, Jose Quintana, and Quinn Priester as their starting rotation. If you also add in Woodruff, the team has plenty of starting pitchers to cover innings right now. Therefore, Misiorowski might not get his opportunity until sometime in the second half of the season.
Still, MLB Pipeline's No. 71 overall prospect is worth a stash in some deeper leagues. He has a mean fastball that could reach up to 103 mph and has the potential to be a solid fantasy option right away.
