Recent Update

2 days agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta (shoulder) had a light bullpen session on Monday, but it's unclear when he'll return from the injured list. Peralta has potential but was entirely hit or miss in his four starts so far this year, posting a 7.13 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 22 strikeouts in 17 2/3 innings. The right-hander has a concerning 4.4 walks per nine innings in his two years in the big leagues, so those in mixed leagues will want to be cautious with him until he can show better control of his pitches. With him on the injured list, Chase Anderson might get some run in the rotation and could be one to watch in deep mixed leagues after his first successful start against a hot Dodgers lineup over the weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
