Waldo Cortes-Acosta suffered a unanimous decision loss to Alexander Volkov on the main card of UFC 328 on Saturday. Cortes-Acosta did have some good moments in the fight, but ultimately, he was outstruck as Volkov controlled the majority of the fight by keeping Cortes-Acosta at a distance. In the end, the judges scored the fight 30-27, 29-28 and 29-28 in favor of Volkov. In 15 minutes of action, Cortes-Acosta landed 54 significant strikes. With the loss, Cortes-Acosta dropped to 17-3 as a pro and is now 10-3 in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
