Tatsuro Taira suffered a fifth-round TKO loss to flyweight champion Joshua Van in the co-main event of UFC 328 on Saturday. In the opening round, Taira secured four takedowns during a dominant first round, but Van managed to get up and started pushing the pace. The blows eventually wore down Taira, and the referee stepped in and stopped the fight in the fifth round. In 11:32 of action, Taira landed eight takedowns and 55 significant strikes. Taira, along with Van, each earned $100,000 Fight of the Night bonuses.--Alen Kurbasic
