His session was initially scheduled to be held on Saturday, but it will instead be pushed back. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status as this will be the first time the right-hander faces live hitters since undergoing Tommy John surgery during the 2023 season. The 30-year-old will likely need to complete several live sessions before being considered to return to action. While he has been unable to pitch, Ohtani has still made a significant impact in the batter's box.
