Kamario Taylor Has Huge Game In Week 1 Romp
Mississippi State QB Kamario Taylor had a huge showing in his 2026 debut. Taylor completed 22-of-34 passes for 354 yards and four touchdowns. He also carried the ball six times for 59 yards and another touchdown in Mississippi State's 62-13 blowout win over Louisiana-Monroe. The Bulldogs finished with 762 total yards. That set a new program record and is the ninth-highest total in SEC history. There was a lot of buzz around Taylor this offseason, but he is still available in a small number (7%) of Yahoo leagues. The Bulldogs do have one of the tougher schedules in FBS this year. It might be a good idea to capitalize on Taylor's monster showing in Week 1 and trade him for someone who doesn't play five ranked teams in a row from September 26 to October 31.
