UFL Fantasy Football Rankings for Week 7: QB, RB, WR, TE Rankings and Analysis (2024)

UFL RANKINGS, FANTASY FOOTBALL,

Week 7 UFL fantasy football rankings at QB, RB, WR, TE for 2024. The top fantasy UFL players at each position (QB, RB, WR, TE) for UFL drafts and DFS UFL lineups.

Week 6's UFL action delivered two expected blowouts on Saturday, followed by two tightly contested games on Sunday with the home favorites coming out on top. Week 7 brings us what should be the game of the season and a potential title preview as 5-1 St. Louis travels to take on 6-0 Birmingham. The highly-touted matchup will be in the primetime slot on Saturday at 4:00 pm ET.

Saturday's early game is between Memphis and Arlington, who have one combined win which came in Week 1. Sunday's slate delivers an intriguing matchup between Michigan (4-2) and DC (3-3), followed by San Antonio (4-2) against Houston (1-5) to close the week out.

RotoBaller's fantasy experts are ready for another action-packed week. Read on to dive into our Week 7 rankings.

Quarterback UFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Rankings and analysis by Brant Henson

Adrian Martinez and A.J. McCarron once again headlined quarterback performances in Week 6. This week, the two will go head-to-head in what should be the game of the season between the league's top two teams. Both quarterbacks are elite fantasy options in a game that should produce offensive fireworks.

Rank Player Name Team
1 Adrian Martinez Birmingham Stallions
2 A.J. McCarron St. Louis Battlehawks
3 Danny Etling Michigan Panthers
4 Luis Perez Arlington Renegades
5 Case Cookus Memphis Showboats
6 Jordan Ta'amu DC Defenders
7 Reid Sinnett Houston Roughnecks
8 Quinten Dormady San Antonio Brahmas
9 Matt Corral Birmingham Stallions

While typically dominating on the ground, Adrian Martinez put on a passing clinic in Week 6 as he completed 23-of-35 passes for 369 yards and four touchdowns. His 33.26 fantasy points made anybody who started him happy. While the threat of Matt Corral is always imminent with Martinez, there is no reason to believe Birmingham would not roll him out in a pivotal Week 7 matchup. He ranks as our QB1 this week with St. Louis' A.J. McCarron (20.6 Week 5 fantasy points) not far behind.

Danny Etling led an impressive comeback filling in for the injured E.J. Perry. Monitor Perry's status throughout the week, but whichever Michigan quarterback is under center is in a good spot this week against a porous DC passing defense.

Arlington and Memphis have zero combined wins since Week 2, and a large part of the failures are each team's respective defenses. Memphis gives up the most passing yards by far (245.0 per game), creating a dream matchup for Arlington quarterback Luis Perez as the Renegades search for their first win of the season.

Running Back UFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Rankings and analysis by Andrew Lennox

Besides the Brahmas John Lovett having a standout performance, several to running struggled in Week 6. Here are our rankings going into Week 7

Rank Player Name Team
1 John Lovett San Antonio Brahmas
2 Wes Hills Michigan Panthers
3 Jacob Saylors St. Louis Battlehawks
4 Ricky Person Jr. Birmingham Stallions
5 C.J. Marable Birmingham Stallions
6 Cam'Ron Harris D.C. Defenders
7 De'Veon Smith Arlington Renegades
8 Darius Victor Memphis Showboats
9 T.J Pledger IV Houston Roughnecks
10 Mark Thompson Houston Roughnecks
11  Matthew Colburn II Michigan Panthers
12 Darius Hagans D.C. Defenders
13 Leddie Brown  Arlington Renegades
14 Morgan Ellison San Antonio Brahmas
15 Wayne Gallman II  St. Louis Battlehawks

Houston's Mark Thompson is on the verge of having a breakout game after rushing for 45 yards on 13 attempts and a touchdown in Week 6. He also hauled in two passes for 14 yards against St. Louis. Since recovering from a knee sprain, Thompson has steadily improved with each week.

Despite San Antonio's narrow 18-12 loss to D.C., tailback John Lovett once again had a standout performance, rushing for a league-high 153 yards on 23 touches. He also registered one receiving touchdown in the losing effort. Lovett leads the UFL in rushing with 348 yards on the ground, and he will most certainly be the lead back for the Brahmas for the remainder of the season.

Ricky Person Jr. has had two subpar weeks for Birmingham, rushing 11 times for 29 yards and a touchdown in a  39-21 win over the Showboats one week ago. Despite leading the league in touchdowns with six, Person is only averaging 2.6 yards per carry. If he continues to struggle, we could see C.J. Marable get more touches, as he is averaging 3.1 yards per carry.

Wide Receiver UFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Rankings and analysis by Brant Henson

Amid the Week 5 blowouts, several receivers had strong fantasy showings. Hakeem Butler (32.7 fantasy points), JaVonta Payton (24.9 fantasy points), and Daewood Davis (22.6 fantasy points) each had over 100 yards and at least one touchdown. With Week 6's matchups looking similar on paper to those of Week 5, here are how our rankings shape up:

Rank Player Name Team
1 Hakeem Butler St. Louis Battlehawks
2 Jahcour Pearson St. Louis Battlehawks
3 Kelvin Harmon DC Defenders
4 Marcus Simms Michigan Panthers
5 Jontre Kirklin San Antonio Brahmas
6 Daewood Davis Memphis Showboats
7 Deon Cain Birmingham Stallions
8 Justin Hall Houston Roughnecks
9 JaVonta Payton Arlington Renegades
10 Marlon Williams Birmingham Stallions
11 Tyler Vaughns Arlington Renegades
12 Marquez Stevenson San Antonio Brahmas
13 Deontay Burnett Arlington Renegades
14 Vinny Papale Memphis Showboats
15 Cyril Grayson Houston Roughnecks
16 Marcell Ateman St. Louis Battlehawks
17 Siaosi Mariner Michigan Panthers
18 Jonathan Adams Memphis Showboats
19 Kevin Austin Jr. Birmingham Stallions
20 Amari Rodgers Birmingham Stallions
21 Chris Rowland DC Defenders
22 Justin Smith San Antonio Brahmas
23 Ty Scott DC Defenders
24 Steven Mitchell Jr. St. Louis Battlehawks
25 Keke Coutee DC Defenders
26 Keke Chism Houston Roughnecks
27 Darrius Shepherd St. Louis Battlehawks
28 Trey Quinn Michigan Panthers
29 Blake Jackson St. Louis Battlehawks
30 Binjimen Victor Birmingham Stallions
31 Isaiah Winstead Arlington Renegades
32 Brandon Smith DC Defenders
33 Emmanuel Butler Houston Roughnecks
34 Samson Nacua Michigan Panthers
35 Anthony Ratliff-Williams Houston Roughnecks

Hakeem Butler now has 12 catches for 281 yards and four touchdowns over just the last two weeks after a slow start to the 2024 UFL campaign. With Jahcour Pearson returning and commanding coverage on the inside, Butler has been able to open up his game on the outside which has fared amazingly for his fantasy production. Both Butler and Pearson are priority starts for this week's juicy matchup with Birmingham. On the other side of the field, keep an eye on Deon Cain. He only had two receptions for 45 yards, but still had an 18% target share and remains the top receiver for Adrian Martinez.

We teased it in this article last week, and the Kelvin Harmon breakout came in full force in Week 6. Harmon had a whopping 60% (!) target share, grabbing eight catches for 101 yards and a score. He has a safe floor and an immensely high ceiling this week against the Michigan Panthers.

JaVonta Payton has had a productive last two weeks, as he has averaged 19.1 fantasy points per game. He is emerging as a playmaker for Arlington just as he did down the championship stretch a season ago and has an exploitable matchup this week against the league's last-ranked passing defense. Tyler Vaughns and Deontay Burnett are also worth looking into as safe floor plays.

Tight End UFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Rankings and analysis by Andrew Lennox

There are only a few small changes in this week's tight-end rankings, but Jace Sternbergre, Sal Cannella, Cody Latimer, and Sage Surratt remain in the top four positions as they have for the majority of the season.

Rank Player Name Team
1 Jace Sternberger Birmingham Stallions
2 Sal Cannella Arlington Renegades
3 Cody Latimer San Antonio Brahmas
4 Sage Surratt Memphis Showboats
5 Alex Ellis D.C. Defenders
6 Cole Hikutini Michigan Panthers
7 Seth Green Arlington Renegades
8 Gunnar Oakes Michigan Panthers
9 Kaden Smith D.C. Defenders
10 Alize Mack San Antonio Brahmas

The Stallions are the top rushing team in the league, but Jace Sternberger continues to find ways to make his mark in the team's passing game. He collected two passes on four targets for 46 yards and a touchdown. Sternberger will become a huge fantasy factor if he continues to score touchdowns, as he only has two this season.

Arlington's Sal Cannella remains a top passing option in Luis Pérez's passing game, catching six of eight targets for 52 yards and a touchdown. The 27-year-old ranks among the top 20 most productive receivers in the UFL with 216 receiving yards and he is a great fantasy option despite his team still searching for their first win.

Cody Latimer rebounded in Week 6 after only catching one pass the week before. He was targeted eight times, hauling in six passes for 35 yards against the Defenders. Latimer will continue to play a major role in his team's offense, going up against the 1-5 Roughnecks on Sunday.
