Dan's top hitter streamers and starts as fantasy baseball waiver wire adds for Week 12 of 2026 (June 15 - June 21). He analyzes streamers with favorable matchups, schedules.
The weather is starting to heat up as we hit the middle of June, and so are some bats that are widely available in fantasy baseball leagues. With over a third of the baseball season in the books, we have young players emerging, veterans getting new life on different teams, and a whole bunch of hitters who you should be considering as waiver wire pick-ups.
My weekly hitters, streamers, fantasy baseball waiver-wire pickups column will identify hitters with favorable matchups who can be considered for waiver-wire pickups or streamers ahead of Sunday night's waiver-wire runs in leagues with weekly transactions. Because of format changes to Yahoo leagues this year, the players featured in this article are rostered in 30% or fewer leagues on Yahoo (yes, I'm increasing this number as the wire is already getting picked over pretty aggressively this season).
You can also check out the rest of our fantasy baseball streamer content here at RotoBaller. Now, let's see which hitters we should consider grabbing off the wire as we roll into Week 12 of the fantasy baseball season!

What Teams Offer the Most Streaming Value for Week 12?
While most MLB teams are playing six games this week, only four teams are playing seven.
Seven-Game Weeks
BOS, LAA, ATH, SEA
Ballpark Upgrades:
- ATH (all seven games at home)
- LAA (three games at ARI, four games at ATH)
- NYM (three games at CIN)
- PIT (three games at COL)
Week 12 Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers
I'll recommend only players who are rostered in 30 percent or fewer leagues, and all roster percentages are from Yahoo!
Royce Lewis, 1B/3B - MIN (29%)
It might be the last chance to grab some Lewis exposure, as the Twins' third baseman has now hit three home runs since returning from his minor league stint.
We're tied again in Minnesota 😮

— MLB (@MLB) June 13, 2026
He's hitting .385 across his last 26 AB since being called back up, and we know what kind of raw power he has. It feels like a no-brainer to give a guy who's flashed as much potential as Lewis has in the past another chance.
Nick Gonzales, 2B/SS/3B - PIT (27%)
It was a slower week for Gonzales this week, but the Pirates head to Sacramento for a tasty matchup to start the week, and Gonzo should continue to hit in the middle of this formidable Bucco lineup. He's not likely to go another week without an RBI as he's been so darn good with runners in scoring position this season.
Alejandro Kirk, C - TOR (28%)
Your favorite chubby backstop is back! The portly catcher wasted no time getting back up to speed with a 3-hit game against the Yankees on Friday, driving in two runs from the cleanup spot.

— Sportsnet (@Sportsnet) June 13, 2026
The Blue Jays need his bat in the lineup, and I expect he will overtake Brandon Valenzuela as the everyday catcher.
Zack Gelof, 2B/3B/OF - ATH (27%)
Gelof is absolutely on fire right now, and it baffles me that he's still this widely available! He has three home runs in his last five games and a 17-game hitting streak! He's been a run-scoring machine, too, with eight runs scored over his last six games.
We are finally seeing the type of production that Gelof flashed back in 2024, but with a much higher batting average (.271). Add him in all formats, what are you waiting for?
Spencer Horwitz, 1B - PIT (21%)
I might be a bit impartial as a Pirates fan, but what are fantasy managers doing with this guy still on the wire in 79% of leagues! Horwitz is absolutely raking right now, and is arguably the Pirates' first half MVP (along with Brandon Lowe) as he's up to 9 HR and 31 RBI through his first 65 games.
ALL-STAR MATERIAL. 🌟

— Pittsburgh Pirates (@Pirates) June 11, 2026
He's an excellent contact hitter for a guy who also has power, and his ability to draw walks is why the Pirates like leading him off against RHP. He's been getting at-bats against lefties, too, making all that much more of a "must-roster" player going forward.
Kody Clemens, 1B/2B/OF - MIN (20%)
I've been harping on Kody Clemens now for a few weeks, and he continues to hit and show off some power as he smashed two more dingers this week, raising his season total to 10. He's hitting third for the Twins and playing every day, so he makes for a great streaming option, especially with eligibility at three different positions.
Dominic Canzone, OF - SEA (17%)
Another sneaky source of power is Canzone, who bashed his ninth and tenth home runs of the season this week. He's been mainly a platoon bat for the Mariners, but has seen his playing time tick up as he's been just too good to leave out of the lineup most nights.
Dominic Canzone, another one.
No. 10 of the season, and he's now slugging .813 in June.

This kid can really rake, and it feels like a lot of folks still don't know about him yet. Snag him if you need some outfield depth and some power production.
Paul Goldschmidt, 1B - NYY (15%)
Goldy has answered the bell for the Yankees, picking up his production at the plate at just the right time as the Yankees are dealing with injuries to Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, and now Trent Grisham, too.
He's hitting for average and showing off his power, with nearly identical numbers this season at the plate to Spencer Horwitz. If you value batting average and want a shot at some power numbers, too, then Horwitz and Goldy are two spectacular adds that are still out there in many leagues.
Jasson Dominguez, OF - NYY (12%)
Dominguez is back from an injury and immediately made an impact for the Yankees, clubbing his second home run of the season yesterday.

— MLB (@MLB) June 13, 2026
With Trent Grisham out for a while, Dominguez and Spencer Jones are going to get plenty of playing time. I prefer Dominguez, who has more of an MLB track record, though I will admit that Jones probably has the higher ceiling.
Jordan Lawlar, 1B/MI/OF - ARI (12%)
Lawlar was off to a really good start in April because suffering a fractured wrist that forced him to miss nearly two months of action. He's a versatile player on defense who should find his way into the lineup for Arizona most of the time going forward if he can continue to hit at a high level.
He's only been back for one game, but already swiped two bases and went 2-4 at the plate.
Cole Young, 2B - SEA (11%)
The Mariners' second baseman is hitting .321 over the last two weeks for the Mariners, and has seven hits in his last three games. He's been doing an excellent job of getting on base ahead of the Mariners' big hitters and scoring runs. If you need batting average and runs scored, then consider him as an option in the middle infield this week.
Cole Carrigg, OF - COL (10%)
Carrigg has two home runs in his first week as a member of the Colorado Rockies, and swiped 30 bases at the Triple-A level this season before being called up! He should get a look here for a while, with Jake McCarthy getting banged up and Mickey Moniak not quite ready to return.
Blaze Jordan, 1B/3B - STL (9%)
If you haven't seen the video of Jordan hitting 500-foot bombs as a 13-year-old, go check it out. But if you want to watch him hit his first MLB home run, then look no further!

— St. Louis Cardinals (@Cardinals) June 13, 2026
The big man has serious power! We aren't sure if his hit tool will carry over to the big leagues yet, but a 4-8 start at the plate in his first two games is pretty good! I'd give him a look in deeper formats if you need help at the corner infield positions. He's oozing upside.
Henry Bolte, OF - ATH (7%)
The Athletics outfielder is hitting .333 over the last two weeks with five runs scored. He doesn't hit for a lot of power, but he does have some solid speed, as he's up to five steals in his first 28 games.
Week 12 Deep League Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers
Some widely available hitters (under 5% rostered) could be worth a look this week due to hot starts at the plate or strong matchups.
- Garrett Mitchell, OF - MIL (5%)
- Logan O'Hoppe, C - LAA (4%)
- Lars Nootbaar, OF - STL (4%)
- Michael Massey, 2B/OF - KCR (3%)
- Tristan Peters, OF - CHW (2%)
- Wade Meckler, OF - LAA (2%)
- Samad Taylor, 2B/OF - SDP (2%)
Good luck this week, and choose those streaming options wisely! As always, thanks for making RotoBaller your choice for fantasy baseball content all season long!
