Oklahoma General Manager Jim Nagy Inks New Four-Year Deal
According to On3, Oklahoma has signed general manager Jim Nagy to a four-year, $4.6 million contract extension. Nagy was previously the Executive Director for the Reese's Senior Bowl and joined the Sooner program last offseason. Since taking on the job, Nagy has helped Oklahoma retain and attract talent, including a high-level transfer portal class heading into the 2026 campaign. The general manager title is still relatively new in college football, but people like Nagy having success will lead to more programs adopting the position. "[Having Nagy] is a tremendous advantage for us," Oklahoma athletics director Roger Denny said. "And we want to preserve that advantage as long as we can."
