Isaac Brown Not Participating in Louisville's First Fall Practice
Louisville running back Isaac Brown (undisclosed) sat out the first practice of fall camp on Thursday and was seen working with trainers on the sideline, according to Jody Demling of Cardinal Sports. The two-time All-ACC performer missed four games last season due to a lower-body injury, but it's unclear what is keeping him out of camp at this point. As a freshman in 2024, Brown rushed 165 times for 1,173 yards and caught 30 passes for 152 yards, scoring 12 total touchdowns. In nine games last season, he ripped off 884 rushing yards and averaged 8.8 yards per carry. The Florida native is unquestionably one of the best running backs in college football, and if he's healthy to open the year, he could challenge to lead the nation in rushing. Hopefully, there will be more clarity on his status in the near future.
