According to 24/7 Sports.com, five-star edge rusher Chris Whitehead committed to LSU on Wednesday. The 6'4" rising high school senior is the No. 1 player out of the state of Virginia and the No. 4 edge prospect in 247Sports Composite Rankings. Virginia Tech, South Carolina, and Ohio State were among the other programs in Whitehead's top schools. This is a big win for the Tigers, who have no shortage of recruiting resources.
