DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Tuesday Slate (10/21/25)

Kejon Owens - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Tuesday (10/21/25) slate in Week 9. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have a few fewer college football games this weekend, but Conference USA is still keeping us occupied during the week. Or they would be if DraftKings didn't absolutely despise the Delaware football team. DK has Wednesday's two-game slate as a showdown just like last week, since they won't include the Delaware game in their tournaments. Lame!

We start in Miami with Florida International breaking out the Miami Vice uniforms on Kennesaw State. The evening ends in Ruston with Louisiana Tech hosting Western Kentucky. This was supposed to be for a trip to the Conference USA title game. Not anymore!

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 10/21/25, starting at 7 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower ends of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Maverick McIvor, Western Kentucky ($7.3K)

It's bare bones at QB on this slate, with a couple of key players on the questionable side of things. This was further muddled by Kennesaw State head coach Jerry Mack when he said that Amari Odom could be the QB for the Owls if he's healthy, despite the strong play of Indiana transfer Dexter Williams II.

McIvor was awful against Florida International. One of those wasn't his fault, but it's uncharacteristic of him to put the ball in danger. A bounce-back game should be in store here as WKU wants to remain in the CUSA race.

Dexter Williams II, Kennesaw State ($7K)

I would believe that option over the coach speak, suggesting that Odom has the job. Williams is the only reason that Kennesaw beat Louisiana Tech. He put the Owls in position to win a Conference USA title.

Still, three quarters of Williams may be better than any other option out there, including McIvor. This is a risk, though, since no one really knows what the Kennesaw State staff will do.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Blake Baker, Louisiana Tech ($7.7K)
  • Keyone Jenkins, Florida International ($6.9K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Kejon Owens, Florida International ($7.9K)

The $2K price hike from last week was certainly warranted, as Owens single-handedly won most of us money. The good news is that we can afford it without much of a problem.

Kennesaw's run defense has been solid against every team but Indiana. The most they allowed aside from the Hoosiers was 155 to Middle Tennessee State. Owens should be able to clear 100 yards and a touchdown again tonight.

Marvis Parrish, Western Kentucky ($5.5K)

Parrish isn't going to get a ton of carries, but he has 26 receptions in seven games this year. The freshman is only getting better. Louisiana Tech is good at stopping the run, so expect Parrish to be active in the passing game in this one.

Also consider these RBs

  • Coleman Bennett, Kennesaw State ($6.7K)
  • Omiri Wiggins, Louisiana Tech ($6K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Gabriel Benyard, Kennesaw State ($6.2K)

Benyard has been able to produce no matter who is under center for the Owls. He has at least four receptions in all but the Indiana game, clearing 15 DraftKings points in all but that Indiana game as well. Benyard is the most reliable piece of this offense for fantasy purposes.

Matthew Henry, Western Kentucky ($5.2K)

Henry isn't the most flashy Western Kentucky receiver, but he is the most reliable. The passing game was a disaster last week, but Henry still picked up 7.8 DK points on the day. That won't get us where we want to be, but we can live with that for a floor.

Most of the floors on the receivers on this slate are a shade above zero. Henry also returns kicks and has picked up a touchdown in that way as well. We want every little edge that we can get.

Devin Gandy, Louisiana Tech ($4.3K)

I do like this play a lot more if Blake Baker can play. Even if he doesn't, Gandy has three receptions in each of the last three games. That's a solid floor for a bargain play.

Clayton Coppock, Kennesaw State ($3.8K)

The freshman has six catches in the last two games, so he has carved out a role in the offense. He scored one of Kennesaw's touchdowns last week. He's a little touchdown-dependent, but Coppock is a way to get a leg up on those who may not be paying close attention to the Kennesaw depth chart.

Also consider these WRs:

  • K.D. Hutchinson, Western Kentucky ($5.8K)
  • Christian Moss, Kennesaw State ($4.9K)
  • Eli Finley, Louisiana Tech ($4.6K)
  • Noah Meyers, Western Kentucky ($4.2K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Florida International vs. Kennesaw State

FIU has two of the most electric players on the slate in Jenkins and Owens. Many lineups will contain one or both players. Likely both, because their prices aren't prohibitive.

So how do we set our lineups apart? Most of the rest of the FIU players aren't key contributors in every game. This slate has a lot of unknowns on it. Running Anthony Carrie with Owens could be a good idea. Carrie has at least six carries in every game and is relatively active in the passing game as well. The floor is solid.

Alex Perry is the go-to receiver, and I like him in a three-man with Jenkins and Owens. Maguire Anderson had a nice game last week. He's a good GPP option since he could go off if FIU looks for him again.

I really like a game stack here in GPP formats. Even if Odom is back, I'm running Williams. Bennett has been a huge part of the offense lately, going over 100 all-purpose yards in each of the last two games.

There are a lot of receivers for Kennesaw worth using. That's the effect of Williams. Benyard is the only truly safe option, but Moss and Coppock were the favorite targets of Williams as well. You can run a full five-man Kennesaw stack in large-field GPPs.

Also consider these other stacks:

  • Western Kentucky (GPP only)
