Freshman Wideout Larry Miles Out With Foot Injury
Nebraska wide receiver Larry Miles (foot) is expected to miss six to eight weeks with a foot injury, according to head coach Matt Rhule. The true freshman from Orlando, Florida, is competing for a depth role in his first collegiate season, but the time out of action will surely hurt his chances to make an impact in Year 1. The Huskers are expected to start Kwazi Gilmer, Nyziah Hunter, and Jacory Barney Jr. at wideout in the new-look passing game led by UNLV transfer Anthony Colandrea. It will be worth monitoring if Miles can earn playing time when he returns from the injury.
