College Basketball Daily Fantasy Picks Tonight -Best Lineups and Sleepers for DraftKings (12/6/25)

Cameron Boozer -College-Basketball-Rankings-NCAA-CBB-DFS-Lineup-Picks

Free college basketball DFS picks and lineup advice for tonight's games on DraftKings. Mike's expert NCAA DFS projections and sleepers help you build winning lineups for December 6, 2025.

With college football's regular season over, it's time to get some college basketball back on here! There are only five college football games today. We have plenty of marquee hoops matchups to keep you occupied!

We've got some big names and some great matchups today. We'll go through all of those for each slate. We'll give you the core pieces with which you can build a cash or GPP lineup. Then, we'll have some value plays to make it all fit. And for you Ricky Bobby types, we'll give you guys who have a great ceiling with a low floor because, "if you ain't first, you're last."

Here are my picks across all CBB DFS slates on Saturday, December 6, with the main slate starting at noon EST on DraftKings. The late slate starts at 7:30 p.m. EST.

Today's Main Slate DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Best Matchups:

  • Wisconsin vs. Marquette
  • Marquette forwards vs. Wisconsin
  • Boise State guards vs. Butler

Core Pieces:

Joshua Jefferson, Iowa State ($10.2K)

That's the biggest thing with 2025-26 Joshua Jefferson over 2024-25 Joshua Jefferson. He has clearly worked on his passing. He has always been a beast down low. He scores, and he rebounds with the best of them.

Now, he's passing like a point guard. Jefferson is the poster child for players to stay in school and get better. Not everyone is Cooper Flagg. Some are more like Mario Chalmers and Chauncey Billups. Guys who had NBA careers because they stayed that extra year in college.

Jefferson's DFS output has been much better than last year. The passing is only part of it. He had big games against Creighton and Syracuse in Vegas. He can hang with this Purdue front.

Tayton Conerway, Indiana ($7.9K)

Conerway is one of the better defensive players that you'll see in college. I like using him as a core piece because the floor is high, even if he doesn't score. Conerway has 10 steals, 10 assists, and nine rebounds in the last three games to go with his 36 points. You're not going to find a more well-rounded stat line.

Jeremy Fears Jr., Michigan State ($7.5K)

Fears is nearly averaging a double-double in the early going with 12.3 points and 9.4 assists per game. He's active on the glass too, but that likely won't be part of his game against Duke. Duke is a really good team on the glass.

Fears is an elite passer. He's right up there with Braden Smith, but he is significantly cheaper.

Killyan Toure, Iowa State ($6K)

I'm going to give you an extra piece just in case Tamin Lipsey is still out. Toure is running the offense with Lipsey sidelined and has parlayed that into three straight games of more than 30 DraftKings points. He is way too cheap if Lipsey is out again.

He may be too much of a risk with Lipsey in there, so keep an eye on the injury report. If Lipsey misses the game, Toure is a must-play.

Value Pieces:

Tyler Johnson, Virginia Tech ($4.7K)

Johnson had a miserable game against South Carolina in the SEC/ACC Challenge, and it dropped his price nearly $2K. That performance was more indicative of the South Carolina defense than Johnson's skills. It happens. The talent is still there. We're going to see it against George Mason at a discount price.

Amare Bynum, Ohio State ($4.5K)

The Buckeyes are going to need significant minutes from Bynum to combat the length of Northwestern. He played a season-high 31 minutes against Pitt with modest success. I'm looking for a guy who can log big minutes in this price range. Bynum fits that bill.

Conor Enright, Indiana ($4.3K)

Enright isn't a star, but he is one of the most consistent pieces of the Indiana team. He is actually a liability as a scorer, but he played really good defense and often runs the point for the Hoosiers. That results in stat lines (and DFS point totals) that we can rely on. Enright has at least 14 DK points in every game, put the opener. I'm fine with that for the price.

Slate-Breaking Potential:

Cameron Boozer, Duke ($11.6K)

The price is astronomical, and the matchup is tough, but Boozer's floor is 40 DraftKings points. He's even hit 70 once this year! Boozer's floor may be lower in this game than any this year, but the ceiling is still there. That's why he's more of a GPP option today.

John Blackwell, Wisconsin ($9.2K)

Blackwell has been on fire lately, putting up 56 points in the last two games against Northwestern and TCU. Those aren't exactly bad teams. The main thing to note is that Blackwell's volume dramatically increased in those games.

This should be another shoot-fest against Marquette. If we see the same volume (40 shots in the last two games), Blackwell could break the slate. He could be the slate's high scorer if he keeps up the rebounding with the scoring.

Milan Momcilovic, Iowa State ($8.4K)

Momcilovic is another pure shooter who has been on fire of late. He has hit 17 three-pointers in 24 tries in the last two games alone! Unlike Blackwell, Momcilovic doesn't do much aside from score. He has had three games over 20 points in the last four tries.

Momcilovic is picking up the scoring slack with the absence of Tamin Lipsey. Iowa State is going to need the scoring against a team like Purdue.

Today's Late Slate DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Best Matchups:

  • Mississippi vs. St. John's
  • Grand Canyon vs. Oklahoma State
  • Houston frontcourt vs. Florida State
  • Tennessee frontcourt vs. Illinois

Core Pieces:

Ilias Kamadine, Mississippi ($7.7K)

This is why I trust the fate of my lineup with a guy like Kamardine. He's already 21 years old and has played professionally in France for a couple of years. He's already polished compared to most of the players that he'll play against this year.

Kamardine still hit 24.2 DK points against Miami in the ACC/SEC Challenge, despite only hitting one shot from the floor. He's so active everywhere on the court that he's an asset regardless of whether his shot falls or not.

Kingston Flemings, Houston ($6.9K)

Flemings only scored one point against Notre Dame in the final of the Player's Era last week because of foul trouble. That tanked his price, but we need to take advantage. Flemings is one of the most gifted scorers in this freshman class. Not only that, but he's a great passer.

Flemings is usually a GPP option, but for this price, he's in my score. He put up 16.8 DK points despite only scoring one point in 22 minutes last week. Imagine what can happen if he stays out of foul trouble?

Anthony Roy, Oklahoma State ($6K)

Roy is on his fourth school in four years, but he has carved out a role for the Cowboys. He didn't make his season debut until November 15 and came off the bench in the first three games. He scored 40 points in just 48 minutes.

It has been much of the same for Roy since he joined the starting lineup. He's an elite scorer but has been strong on the boards as well. There's a lot of potential at this price.

Value Pieces:

Joson Sanon, St. John's ($4.6K)

I wish his minutes were more consistent, but we can't argue with Sanon's upside. The Johnnies use him more when his shot is falling, so there is risk here. However, a 30-point ceiling isn't common for guys this cheap. Sanon has that.

Filip Jovic, Auburn ($4K)

Jovic has become a high-energy guy off the bench for Auburn. He's really active on the boards, but he scored in double figures in two of the last four games, coming up one point short in a third. We can do worse for a value play.

KJ Cochran, Santa Clara ($3.7K)

Cochran has started the last two games for the Broncos and scored in double figures each time. He should continue starting as long as he's producing, but the leash is likely short. There is some risk here.

Slate-Breaking Potential:

Nate Ament, Tennessee ($8.7K)

This is a great matchup for Ament, but he is coming off his worst game of the season. Ament has been held in check in two of the last three games. One of those was against Houston, so we understand that. Struggling against Syracuse is a bit of a concern.

Still, I can't ignore this matchup for Ament. He scored at least 35 DK points in six of the first eight games.

Robert McCray V, Florida State ($7.5K)

McCray would usually be one of my core plays, but I rarely use players against Houston. The Cougars are a top 5 defensive team in college every season. McCray still has good upside here because he's really good at creating shots for himself or others.

McCray's low mark on the season is 19.8 against Cal-Bakersfield. I'm good for that floor in this price range because the ceiling is over 40.

Tahaad Pettiford, Auburn ($6.5K)

Pettiford can score with the best of them, but he's a massive liability if the shots aren't falling. He has a ceiling over 40 DK points, but he has finished under 20 twice in nine games already.
