DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Friday Slate (9/19/25)

DT Sheffield - College Football Rankings, CFB DFS Lineup Picks, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for Friday 9/19/25 in Week 4. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

I don't know about you, but I enjoy having more college football games on Friday nights. It's a lighter week with only two games tonight, but they feature a couple of interesting matchups.

We kick off the night in Stillwater with Oklahoma State hosting neighbor Tulsa. This is an entertaining regional rivalry that, unfortunately, doesn't feature many close games. This year would be an exception with Oklahoma State struggling. We close out the evening in Piscataway with Iowa taking on Rutgers.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 9/19/25, starting at 7:30 p.m. Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from the highest to the lowest. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Zane Flores, Oklahoma State ($7.5K)

The Noah Walters situation throws an unwanted wrench into this situation. There is no way that Flores can look as bad as he did against Oregon, but the fact that Walters will be in uniform already is not a good sign for Flores. Reports say that Walters has been on campus for a couple of weeks already.

Walters was a star as a freshman at North Alabama in 2022 and 2023 before transferring to Central Florida in 2024 and not participating in football. Walters and Flores are both from Nebraska and were rivals in high school. That may have contributed to Walters giving it another shot, this time at the FBS level.

To make things worse, Walters isn't even on DraftKings yet, so we have no way to hedge bets. Tulsa's defense is atrocious, but Flores carries even more risk now than usual. We don't know how Walters has adjusted to the playbook so far, but I have a feeling that we'll find out if Flores struggles.

There is a huge potential reward here with Flores against the Tulsa defense. If the arrival of his former rival helps elevate his play, we could see him score well into the 30s. The bad news is that the floor could be negative points.

Athan Kaliakmanis, Rutgers ($6.7K)

Kaliakmanis had one of his best college games against Miami-Ohio in Week 2 before a solid stat line in the blowout win over Norfolk State. Iowa's run defense is elite, so I'm thinking that Rutgers will be forced to the air early and often. I don't expect a great stat line from Kaliakmanis, but he should be serviceable for the price and has the safest floor on a quarterback-starved slate.

Also consider: Mark Gronowski, Iowa ($6.9K); Baylor Hayes, Tulsa ($6K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Dominic Richardson, Tulsa ($6K)

Yes, that is the same Dominic Richardson who burst onto the scene in 2020 with Oklahoma State. He transferred to Baylor after Ollie Gordon II's emergence in 2022 and spent two years with the Bears. He's now back home in Tulsa due to a family matter.

Richardson has 296 yards in three games this year despite a lackluster passing game and an iffy offensive line. The going will be tough against his old team, but Richardson is going to want to prove a point. He planned on finishing his career as a Cowboy. He wants to show them what they're missing.

Antwan Raymond, Rutgers ($4.9K)

Iowa's run defense is easily the strongest part of the team. It's going to be tough sledding for Raymond, but I feel like the risk is baked into the price. Raymond has around 15 touches in all three games so far and has scored five touchdowns.

The Ohio defense is the best Rutgers has faced, and Raymond still put up 14.7 DraftKings points. Even if Iowa holds him to around 10 points, it will play on this slate. Raymond is a known commodity.

Jaziun Patterson, Iowa ($3.8K)

Patterson has been the lead back for the Hawkeyes with Kamari Moulton sidelined. Moulton still carries a questionable tag for an undisclosed injury suffered in the opener against Albany.

Xavier Williams has already been ruled out. Patterson has had 12 touches in each of the last two games, one blowout and one close game. Even if Moulton returns, Patterson should still see a decent workload at this price.

Also consider: Kamari Moulton, Iowa ($6.9K; if he plays); Kalib Hicks, Oklahoma State ($5.7K); Ajay Allen, Tulsa ($4.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

DT Sheffield, Rutgers ($6.9K)

Sheffield has 201 yards on 12 receptions in the early going, but Ian Strong severely cuts into his output. Rutgers is going to have to pass to win this game. The growth from Kaliakmanis has been impressive from 2024 to 2025. This Rutgers offense can sustain both receivers.

Strong missed the Norfolk State game for an undisclosed reason, but it is assumed that it was minor. We likely won't know until right before kickoff if he can. If Strong is out again, Sheffield may be the best play on the slate. If Strong plays, I may go with him over Sheffield.

Zion Booker, Tulsa ($6.3K)

The Tulsa offense is a mess, but Booker is not. He has at least six receptions in each of the first three games, though he hasn't hit 100 receiving yards in a game yet. That likely won't come against Oklahoma State, but Booker is a lock for double-digit points thanks to being Tulsa's target hog.

Sam Jackson V, Oklahoma State ($4.4K)

This is a high-risk play since Jackson doesn't have a clear role in the offense. He played quarterback at Cal a few years ago and is listed as Oklahoma State's emergency quarterback. Given the QB situation there, it may be worth taking a flier on Jackson since he still takes most snaps at wide receiver.

Seth Anderson, Iowa ($3.3K)

The Hawkeyes finally opened up the passing game against UMass. Anderson was the biggest beneficiary, hauling in two touchdown passes. There's not much to like about the Iowa passing game, but Anderson could make the difference in a GPP.

Also consider: Gavin Freeman, Oklahoma State ($5.8K); Jacob Dill, Iowa ($4.9K); KJ Duff, Rutgers ($4.7K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks

Oklahoma State vs. Tulsa

The Cowboys are a tough stack since they looked awful against Oregon and not much better against Tennessee-Martin. Still, Tulsa may be the worst defense that Oklahoma State will face this season. If not here, then where?

Kalib Hicks and Rodney Fields Jr. are at the top of the depth chart at running back, but Sesi Vailahi scored the only touchdown for the RBs this season in Week 1. Playing all three to get all of the production from the run game seems silly, but given the state of this passing game, it may be a good GPP strategy.

If you must touch the passing game, Gavin Freeman and Terrill Davis are the best options. The QB situation is a mess, but those with the intestinal fortitude to take a chance on Flores may be richly rewarded.

Tulsa vs. Oklahoma State

If you're like me and don't think that Oklahoma State is much better than Tulsa, a game stack may be in order. We have to keep an eye on the Kirk Francis situation since he will start if he's able to play. Baylor Hayes is a pretty good substitute. You want whichever QB starts.

I really like Richardson in a revenge game here. Ajay Allen is a solid play, but Braylin Presley looks good, too. The issue here is that if the Pokes jump out to an early lead, the Tulsa run game is dead in the water.

Zion Booker is one of the better plays on the entire slate. Brody Foley leads the team in touchdowns, but two of his three receptions have gone for touchdowns. That's unsustainable. Micah Tease should be in any Tulsa lineup if he plays after being sidelined with an undisclosed injury last week.

Also consider: Rutgers (GPP only)
