Keenan Allen Injury Update

Keenan Allen has missed the past two weeks while recovering from a hamstring injury. The 30-year-old receiver was able to get in some limited work in practice this past week on Wednesday and Thursday, but he left Thursday's practice early with a trainer and was not spotted on Friday. He is officially out for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

It is concerning, considering Allen potentially suffered a setback in his recovery from the injury. However, we will not know if that was the case or if the Chargers were just being cautious or not until next week's practice reports are published. Mike Williams, Joshua Palmer, and Gerald Everett should continue to see an increase in target share while Allen is out.

Gabe Davis Injury Update

Gabe Davis was quiet last week in his return to the field in Week 3 from an ankle injury he suffered in practice before Buffalo's Week 2 matchup against Tennessee. The 23-year-old was limited in practice on Wednesday but aggravated the injury on Thursday and did not practice. He returned in a limited capacity on Friday and is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Baltimore.

Not participating in practice on Thursday raised a red flag for Davis' potential availability on Sunday, but the limited participation on Friday makes it seem like the aggravation to the ankle was not severe. Monitor reports this weekend on the third-year-receivers status, but it sounds like he is suiting up. Davis should be considered more of a FLEX option due to the injury.

Michael Thomas Injury Update

Michael Thomas suffered a toe injury during last week's game against Carolina. The injury was initially reported not to be serious, but the 29-year-old did not suit up once for practice this week and has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game in London against Minnesota.

The hope is that the injury is not long-term, but Thomas is no stranger to missing an extended period of time due to lower extremity injuries. Rookie receiver Chris Olave and Jarvis Landry should see a boost in target share, while Marquez Callaway could have the first shot at starting opposite Olave on the outside.

Marquise Brown Injury Update

Marquise Brown was a late addition to the injury report this week. The 25-year-old was listed as a limited participant Friday due to a foot injury, and the team has officially designated him as questionable for Sunday's game against Carolina.

Being a late addition to the injury report, Brown status for the game is truly up in the air. We will need to closely monitor reports over the weekend to see if there is any indication that the injury is serious enough to sideline the Cardinals' top receiving target. If he plays, Brown is a WR2 for fantasy purposes and should still be peppered with targets, per usual.

Michael Gallup Injury Update

Michael Gallup has been working his way back from a torn ACL injury he suffered during Week 17 of last season. The 26-year-old has yet to suit up for any regular season game so far, but he was left off of Friday's injury report and will return to action this Sunday against the Washington Commanders.

It would be tough to trust the fifth-year receiver in his first game back from an ACL injury that he suffered this past January, but he is a player to watch this weekend in the hope that he can be played as a FLEX option moving forward.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Injury Update

Amon-Ra St. Brown went down mid-game last week with an ankle injury during Detroit's matchup with Minnesota. The 22-year-old returned and finished the game but missed all of practice this week. He was officially ruled out Friday and will miss Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Initial tests on the second-year receiver's ankle were reportedly "encouraging," but his status for Week 5 is up in the air unless he can return to practice next week. D.J. Chark and Josh Reynolds should see a boost in targets with St. Brown out, but both are listed as questionable for Sunday's game. Their absence would leave Detroit incredibly thin at the wide receiver position.

Chris Godwin Injury Update

Chris Godwin missed the past two weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys. The 26-year-old was limited in practice this past Wednesday and was given a rest day on Thursday before finishing out the week as a limited participant Friday. He is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Kansas City.

Waiting on Godwin's official game status could be tough, with the Buccaneers playing on Sunday night. Since there is no widely available option to pivot to on waivers, you may need to have a plan in place if we do not see any reports on the veteran until the end of the weekend. Godwin should be considered a FLEX option with WR2 upside if he plays.

Julio Jones Injury Update

Julio Jones has not played since Week 1 due to a knee injury that has been classified as a partially torn PCL. The 33-year-old was a limited participant on Wednesday and Thursday this week and was given a rest day on Friday. He is a game-time decision for Sunday's game against Kansas City and is labeled as questionable.

The quote above from head coach Todd Bowles sums up how Jones has been seemingly questionable every week over the past few seasons. With the game being on Sunday night, it will be hard to wait on Jones' official game status. Playing another option over him should be something to consider, but if he does suit up, Jones should be considered a low-end FLEX option with boom or bust potential.

Russell Gage Injury Update

Russell Gage has been listed as questionable each week of the season thus far with a hamstring injury but has been active every game. The 26-year-old was a limited participant in practice again this week and is labeled as questionable for Sunday's game against Kansas City.

Following the trend of the past three weeks, Gage should be good to go for Sunday night's matchup. If both Chris Godwin and Julio Jones suit up, Gage will be a shaky FLEX option for fantasy managers. However, both players are a game-time decision, so the range of outcomes for Gage is wide in Week 4.

Jarvis Landry Injury Update

Jarvis Landry suffered an ankle injury during last Sunday's game against Carolina. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported the injury is "not believed to be serious," and after missing Wednesday's practice, the 29-year-old receiver put in limited sessions to end the week. He is officially labeled as questionable for Sunday's game against Minnesota in London.

With Michael Thomas out and backup quarterback Andy Dalton set to start for New Orleans, Landry could be in for an increased target share as the veteran's safety blanket Sunday. The ninth-year receiver should be considered a decent FLEX option due to the increased workload and plus matchup if he is able to suit up.

D.J. Chark Injury Update

D.J. Chark was a limited participant during Wednesday's practice due to an ankle injury but missed Thursday's practice entirely. It seems as though that was a maintenance day for the 26-year-old, as he was back at practice Friday, and even though he is listed as questionable, head coach Dan Campbell said he is good to go for Sunday.

Chark and Josh Reynolds should see an increased target share due to the absence of St. Brown, with Kalif Raymond mixing in as the third receiver. With a plus matchup against Seattle, both Chark and Reynolds can be considered FLEX options for those desperate for a starter in Week 4.

Josh Reynolds Injury Update

Josh Reynolds missed Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury but put in back-to-back limited sessions to close out the week. The 27-year-old saw 10 targets last week during Detroit's game against the Vikings and should be in line for an increased workload. He is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Seattle.

Both Reynolds and D.J. Chark should see an increase in target share due to Amon-Ra St. Brown's absence and it is a favorable matchup against the Seahawks. Both should be considered FLEX options in Week 4.

Zay Jones Injury Update

Zay Jones popped up on the injury report Thursday as a non-participant due to an ankle injury. The 27-year-old was able to return to the practice field Friday in a limited capacity and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Philadelphia.

Jones has been the clear No. 2 target for quarterback Trevor Lawrence through three weeks, receiving 24 targets. The matchup against Philadelphia is not great, so he should be considered a low-tier FLEX option due to potential volume if he is able to suit up.

Rondale Moore Injury Update

Rondale Moore has not made his regular season debut due to a hamstring injury he suffered in practice before the Cardinals' season opener. However, the 22-year-old has put together three-straight limited practice sessions this week and could make his debut. He is officially listed as questionable.

As long as Moore looks good during pre-game warmups, he should be able to make his debut Sunday against Carolina. Preferably, fantasy managers should still keep the second-year receiver on their bench to see what his usage in the offense will be. However, he is a great stash if he is still available on waivers, with Arizona struggling to stay healthy at the wide receiver position.

Hunter Renfrow Injury Update

Hunter Renfrow missed last week's game due to a concussion he suffered in Week 2. Since then, the 26-year-old has failed to log any practice time and has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against Denver.

Renfrow does not look any closer to returning in Week 5, leaving Mack Hollins as the primary beneficiary. Hollins will continue to see an increase in target share and is a widely available pivot option for those who are waiting for Renfrow to return. Missing two weeks with a concussion is concerning, so monitor practice reports next week to gauge Renfrow's potential to return in Week 5.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling Injury Update

Marquez Valdes-Scantling was limited in practice this Wednesday due to an injury to his abdomen. The 27-year-old then missed Thursday's practice but returned to a limited session on Friday and is officially questionable for Sunday night's game against Tampa Bay.

The fifth-year receiver has not been a viable fantasy option through the first three weeks of the season and draws a stiff matchup against Tampa Bay Sunday. Even if he is cleared to play, Valdes-Scantling should be off the fantasy radar in all but 14-16 team fantasy leagues.

Jakobi Meyers Injury Update

Jakobi Meyers missed last week's game due to a knee injury but put together three limited sessions this week and is on track to play against the Green Bay Packers Sunday. He is officially listed as questionable.

Meyers looks to be on the favorable side of questionable and will likely be the safety blanket for backup quarterback Brian Hoyer who will start for the injured Mac Jones (ankle). The matchup against Green Bay is not great, so the 25-year-old receiver should be considered a low-end flex option in PPR formats for Week 4.
