Cooper Rush in Line to Make Another Start in Week 6
Cooper Rush is in line to make a second straight start this Sunday in Week 6 against the Los Angeles Rams with Lamar Jackson (hamstring) set to miss a second straight game this weekend, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Jackson has not practiced at all since injuring his hamstring in the Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Ravens have their bye coming up in Week 7, so the next time that Jackson will be able to play will be for a Week 8 contest against the Chicago Bears. Fantasy managers won't be waiting in line to use Rush as a QB2 in superflex leagues against a decent Rams defense after his performance in the blowout loss to the Houston Texans last Sunday. Rush threw for 179 yards on 20 pass attempts with no touchdowns and three interceptions. Mac Jones lit up L.A.'s defense last week, but we wouldn't bet on Rush doing the same this weekend.
