Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers - Top Waiver Wire Pickups and Starts for Week 15 (July 1 - July 7)

Zach Neto - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Fantasy baseball hitter streamers and starts for Week 15 of the 2024 season. Thunder Dan Palyo analyzes the top batter streamers to pick up in Week 15.

We turn the calendar over this week from June to July and the warm weather that comes with it only encourages more home runs, offense, and runs scored in general. It's time to stream some hitters where you need to and don't get left behind in the standings!

Our hitter streamers fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify hitters with good matchups and can be considered waiver wire streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire runs for leagues with weekly transactions.

In this piece, every week I'll look to find hitters playing in most games and who have the most favorable matchups to help you plug those gaps and fill those holes in your roster. You can also check out the rest of our fantasy baseball streamer content here at RotoBaller.

What Teams Offer The Most Streaming Value?

This week, we have only six teams playing seven games between Monday, July 1, and Sunday, July 7:

  • Colorado
  • Houston
  • Milwaukee
  • New York Mets
  • Toronto
  • Washington

Park Factors and Matchups: Upgrades and Downgrades

  • The Brewers play four games in Coors -- UPGRADE
  • The Royals play three games in Coors -- UPGRADE
  • The Tigers play three games in Cincinnati - UPGRADE

Week 15 Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers

I'll recommend only players who are 40% rostered or lower and all roster percentages are from Yahoo!

Isiah Kiner-Falefa, 2B/3B/SS/OF - TOR (39%)

This is becoming a pattern for me. I have most of my targets identified by Saturday morning for this Sunday article and then some of them go absolutely bonkers in their Saturday game and see their rostership rise dramatically in just one day (IKF was just 34% rostered yesterday).

Anyway, grab IKF while you still can. The Jays' utilityman has been scorching hot over the last two weeks, hitting .422 with three home runs and an incredible 13 runs scored. He and Vladdy Jr. have been the biggest catalysts in Toronto's offensive revival. He's eligible at four different positions and is a no-brainer add for this week.

Heston Kjerstad, OF - BAL (31%) and Colton Cowser, OF - BAL (28%)

The Orioles have an embarrassment of riches when it comes to young outfield prospects and these two left-handers have emerged in a big way. While Cowswer has been up with the club for most of the season and now has 12 home runs after smashing three dingers in his last four games, Kjerstad has only been back up with the Orioles for about a week.

Kjerstad is finally showcasing the elite power that he had demonstrated in the minors. He's homered in each of his last two games with yesterday's grand slam coming in dramatic fashion.

If you can only add one, I think Kjerstad has the higher ceiling, but both are worth rostering right now, especially until we see what happens with the Orioles as they could ship out someone like Cedric Mullins at the deadline in order to make room for both of their top young hitters in the lineup every day.

Zach Neto, SS - LAA (31%)

Neto is quietly having a really darn good season as he's on pace for a 20/20 year with a respectable .250 average and solid contributions in runs scored and RBI. He's 0 for his last 8, but he has been trending up over the last month and gets a date with Oakland's poor pitching staff in the first series of the week.

Spencer Horwitz, 1B/2B - TOR (25%)

Like IKF, Horwitz has been a solid spark for the Toronto offense since he came up a month ago. The left-hander is not known for his power, but did crank two homers in one game against Cleveland last Sunday. What he does do exceptionally well is get on base and he should be back in the lineup for most of the games this week as the Jays should see only one left-handed pitcher (Framber Valdez) over their seven games.

Brandon Marsh, OF - PHI (23%)

It looks like we could get at least a week of Marsh hitting cleanup for the Phillies as both Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber have landed on the 10-day IL. Marsh missed some time of his own during the first half of June but has been back in the lineup against RHP the last few weeks.

Marsh is only an average hitter, but does have some power in his bat and the ability to swipe some bases as he has nine already this season. The RBI opportunities should be there this week as Marsh gets to hit behind Trea Turner, Bryson Stott, and Alec Bohm.

Jose Siri, OF - TB (23%)

Siri has been heating up at the plate with four home runs over the last two weeks, including two in one game against Washington on Friday night.

Most notably, he's been in the lineup for nine straight contests, attempting to prove that he can be an everyday player and not just a platoon player. We'd love to see some more stolen base attempts with his blazing speed, but for now, the power numbers will work.

Jose Miranda, 3B - MIN (21%)

Speaking of guys who are no longer platoon players, Miranda has locked down the third base position for Minnesota with his incredibly strong hitting of late. He's hitting .381 over the last two weeks with 13 RBI.

He's not going to hit a lot of home runs, but Miranda has been spraying singles and doubles all over the park of late and helping to revive this Twins' offense.

Jhonkensy Noel, 1B/3B/OF - CLE (13%)

This guy is one of my absolute favorite adds this week and he's one of the most available options as well. The big 22-year-old has started two games for Cleveland since being called up from Triple-A and has homered in each of them. His home run off Ragans yesterday was a freaking laser beam.

Noel's path to playing time might be a little tricky as the Guardians have a lot of good young hitters, but the sheer power we have seen from Noel so far might be too awesome for Cleveland to keep out of the lineup on a daily basis. He can play first, third, the corner outfield slots, or just DH - but Noel is making a case for being in the lineup as often as possible so far.

Fantasy Baseball Deep League Hitter Streamers to Consider

Some widely available hitters (under 10% rostered) could be worth a look this week.

Good luck this week and choose those streaming options wisely!
