William Karlsson Out Day-to-Day
Vegas Golden Knights center William Karlsson (lower body) has been tagged as day-to-day after getting hurt in Saturday's loss against the Anaheim Ducks. Karlsson registered an even-strength assist in the first period but left the game before the second frame due to a lower-body injury. So far, it has been a mediocre season for Karlsson, who has accumulated seven points (four goals, three assists) in 14 games. If he is unable to play on Monday against the Florida Panthers, the Golden Knights will likely re-insert Alexander Holtz into the lineup. Brett Howden is expected to take over center duties on the third line.
