Florida Panthers forward Evan Rodrigues (undisclosed) will undergo evaluation on Monday. The 31-year-old was injured in Sunday's Game 4 against the Toronto Maple Leafs, exiting the contest early in the third period after taking a high hit from Maple Leafs defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Rodrigues' early departure on Sunday leaves him questionable for Game 5 on Wednesday night. He has recorded three assists and 16 shots on goal in nine playoff games this year. If Rodrigues isn't healthy enough to play on Wednesday, Mackie Samoskevich is likely to re-enter the lineup. The rookie forward has notched one assist with six shots in four postseason outings.--Taavi Pailk
