H2H Points Leagues Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Rest-of-Season Outlooks for Byron Buxton, Junior Caminero, Cal Raleigh, Max Meyer, Jeff Hoffman

Cal Raleigh - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Nick Mariano's rest-of-season fantasy baseball rankings for H2H points leagues, heading into Week 4 of 2025. Read our updated points rankings for the top 300.

We're onto another week of the marathon that is the MLB season, and rest-of-season fantasy baseball rankings are starting to take early shape. Below is another edition of Nick Mariano's updated H2H points league fantasy baseball rankings and tiers heading into Week 5 of the 2025 season.

Some hot prospects are starting to emerge, but there are plenty of veteran risers and fallers from preseason rankings that can be viewed a trade targets or sells.

These updated early April rankings examine rest-of-season fantasy baseball rankings and player values for the rest of this MLB season. Hopefully, the rankings below will give you some perspective on our thoughts on these topics and help you assess the strength of your rosters going forward. Let's see where players such as Byron Buxton, Junior Caminero, Cal Raleigh, Max Meyer, Jeff Hoffman, and more are listed in our early-April rest-of-season points league rankings.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball lineup tools and resources:

H2H Points Leagues: Rest-Of-Season Rankings (Week 4)

These rankings will be updated every week throughout the season, so some of these situations are very fluid. It's not time to overreact, and we may not be ready to elevate hot-starting players into the elite yet, either, but it's certainly a good checkpoint for the long fantasy season.

Nick Mariano's ranks are updated weekly. They are for H2H Points leagues and will be updated regularly on our main fantasy baseball rankings dashboard all season long. Be sure to read our daily fantasy baseball analysis articles as well.
