DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (11/10/21): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on November 10, 2021. Alex Burns provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

After a quiet, three-game slate Tuesday, the NBA explodes Wednesday with a total of 26 teams taking the floor! By default, there will be a myriad of ways to build out your DFS lineups but which players should you focus on? That's where I come in! As always, we'll go through my favorite DraftKings plays for Wednesday's slate with a full paragraph explaining why I'm high on each of them. Before we get into the action, let's take a closer look at the full slate of games. Here are the game totals:

  • BKN @ ORL - O/U 210.5
  • WAS @ CLE - O/U 209
  • MIL @ NYK - O/U 216.5
  • DET @ HOU - O/U 210.5
  • TOR @ BOS - O/U 206.5
  • CHA @ MEM - O/U 228.5
  • DAL @ CHI - O/U 216
  • OKC @ NOP - O/U 210
  • SAC @ SAS - O/U 221.5
  • IND @ DEN - O/U 205.5
  • POR @ PHX - O/U 225
  • MIN @ GSW - O/U 222.5
  • MIA @ LAL - O/U 214

As you can see, four games have an O/U greater than 220 and three games are less than 210. The higher scoring games will be the ones producing the most fantasy value, so it's imperative to choose players from those games. From a PACE perspective, the SAC/SAS and CHA/MEM games look to have the most scoring upside on Wednesday, as all four teams rank inside the top-15 in PACE rating while the Kings and Spurs are each inside the top-seven. A game to watch will be the MIA/LAL matchup as the two teams' play styles have been polar opposites. Miami plays slow (28th in PACE) and the Lakers play fast (1st in PACE). It will be interesting to see who can get the other team to play at their speed.

With all that said, let's dive into my favorite plays for Wednesday's slate. This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/10/21. You can also check out today's FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks. Remember to monitor injury news as the slate can completely change before lineups lock.

DraftKings Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Dennis Schroder - PG/SG, BOS vs. TOR ($6,100)

Schroder had a rough game the last time these two teams faced off but he should benefit from extra usage with Jaylen Brown out of the lineup. In two games this season without Brown, Schroder has averaged 36 minutes and put up a 27.6% usage rate, which is second on the team behind Jayson Tatum's 31.3%. The Celtics were blown out in the first meeting but if this game is competitive, Schroder finds himself in a great spot to put up numbers.

Ricky Rubio - PG, CLE vs. WAS ($5,200)

Let's make sure we understand this correctly... Rubio drops 37 points and 61.3 DK points in Sunday's win over the Knicks and only sees his price increase by a measly $200? I mean, for all that is good and holy, Collin Sexton won't even be in the lineup for the foreseeable future. For what it's worth, Rubio has played 171 total minutes this season without Sexton on the floor and has seen a 26.7% usage rate in that time, which is the highest on the team. Even in a 13-game slate, Rubio is chalk against the Wizards.

Zach LaVine - SG, CHI vs. DAL ($7,600)

LaVine has been impressive by every metric to begin the season, but it's easy to see that his fantasy upside has taken a hit due to all of the mouths to feed in Chicago. Regardless, he's put up at least 40 DK points in each of his last five games and has seen his price tag drop nearly $1,000 from his season average of $8,540. It makes sense to take advantage of his pricing dip in what should be a competitive matchup against the Mavericks.

Jordan Poole - SG, GS vs. MIN ($6,300)

Poole has found his groove after a couple of rough games to start the season. He's scored at least 30 DK points in each of his last four outings and now gets the Timberwolves, who have given up the most DK points to opposing shooting guards this season. There's no question all eyes will be on Stephen Curry, but Poole should have plenty of shots in what should be a high-scoring affair if the game doesn't end up a blowout.

Others to consider: Darius Garland ($6,600), Buddy Hield ($6,300), Cade Cunningham ($5,200), Jalen Green ($5,300)

DraftKings Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Will Barton - SF, DEN vs. IND ($6,300)

Barton has become one of my favorite plays on Wednesday's slate after it was announced that Nikola Jokic would be suspended one game for shoving Miami's Markieff Morris on Monday. As if that doesn't lift Barton's value enough, Michael Porter Jr. is set to miss his second consecutive game with a back issue. While the sample size is small, Barton has commanded a team-high 26.7% usage rate without the aforementioned duo on the floor and is poised to handle a huge workload against the Pacers on Monday. He's scored at least 45 DK points in two of his last three games and that trend should continue with the increased usage.

Julius Randle - PF, NYK vs. MIL ($10,300)

Randle's price tag is his highest all season, but he's someone I love building around in this slate. The Bucks will be playing on the road in the second night of a back-to-back and we all remember what Randle did to them in their last meeting, right? He went off for 32 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, and 58.5 DK points. With so many big-name players to choose from Wednesday, it's possible the masses overlook Randle, leading to low ownership and in turn, making him a value.

Evan Mobley - PF/C, CLE vs. WAS ($7,000)

For whatever reason, Mobley had his best game of the season Sunday but is priced exactly the same. Kevin Love, Lauri Markkanen, and Collin Sexton's absences should lead to an increase in value for many Cavaliers' players but Mobley's upside is tough to pass up here. If you needed any more convincing, the Wizards have given up the second-most DK points to opposing big men this season.

Others to consider: Cedi Osman ($3,900), JaMychal Green ($3,200), Thaddeus Young ($5,800)

DraftKings Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Domantas Sabonis - C/PF, IND @ DEN ($10,200)

On paper, this looks like a tough matchup for Sabonis, that is until you remember Nikola Jokic won't play due to a suspension. This will likely mean Sabonis will face off against guys like JaMychal Green and Aaron Gordon and while they are worthy defenders, no Jokic is a huge boost for his value. He's been in a bit of a rut lately, but a matchup against the short-handed Nuggets should propel him back to his usual fantasy dominance.

Jonas Valanciunas - C, NOP vs. OKC ($9,100)

Simply put, there isn't a big man on the Thunder's roster who can guard Valanciunas. He's scored at least 40 DK points in all but two of his games this season and finds himself in a plus matchup on Wednesday. Do whatever you can to fit him into your lineup.

Mo Bamba - C, ORL vs. BKN ($6,800)

Bamba finds himself with his lowest price tag since back on October 30th ($6,500) and is gifted a matchup against the Nets. Nicolas Claxton remains out due to an illness, so Bamba should see a ton of DeAndre Jordan and LaMarcus Aldridge in this one, which shouldn't scare you one bit. Now seeing a consistent amount of playing time, Bamba's ability to block shots, grab rebounds, and knockdown threes will always give him a solid floor in fantasy.

Others to consider: Precious Achiuwa ($4,100), Drew Eubanks ($4,600), Frank Kaminsky ($5,000), Bobby Portis ($5,500)
