Oklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Cason Wallace (hip) will miss Tuesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The team has downgraded him from questionable to out, depriving the Thunder of another regular rotation player. Wallace has started six of eight games since his most recent absence on Jan. 9. With Wallace out, Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe could see extended minutes in Tuesday's favorable fantasy matchup against a team that allows the third-most points in the Association.--Taavi Pailk
