At RotoBaller HQ, we return with more waiver wire advice with our weekend waiver wire rankings for fantasy football Week 13 of the 2025 season. The updated waiver wire rankings are to help fantasy managers navigate through injuries, bye weeks, or if you are looking for a high-upside stash.
As injury updates come in throughout the week, and roster percentages increase as players are picked up, we adjust our waiver wire rankings, and you can find those below. Is Chimere Dike the Titans' WR1 with Elic Ayonmanor ruled out for Week 13? With Alvin Kamara officially ruled out, will Devin Neal lead the Saints' backfield, and is he worth adding in all leagues? Will Kimani Vidal lead the Chargers' backfield once again, with Omarion Hampton not yet quite ready to return? Will Michael Carter have an expanded role in Arizona's backfield with Trey Benson and Emari Demercado sidelined?
These Week 13 waiver wire rankings are updated for the weekend by Nick Mariano, RotoBaller's lead fantasy football analyst and forecaster. For those who are not familiar, he brings you his weekly waiver wire rankings and priority adds for the top 85 options to consider across various positions and league sizes. Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks
Devin Neal, RB, Saints
New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal (ankle) will not carry an injury designation into Week 13 and is "good to go" for his team's matchup on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, per Mike Triplett of New Orleans.Football. Neal was a limited practice participant on both Wednesday and Thursday due to the ankle issue, but was able to log a full session on Friday.
With veteran Saints back Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) officially ruled out for Week 13, Neal could have the chance to lead his team's backfield against Miami. Across seven games played this season, the rookie sixth-rounder has recorded 125 scrimmage yards on 29 touches. Neal did most of his work as a receiver last Sunday after Kamara was forced to exit the game, hauling in five catches for 43 yards on seven targets. He profiles as a low-end fantasy RB2 in Week 13 against Miami.
Kimani Vidal, RB, Chargers
Los Angeles Chargers running back Kimani Vidal is expected to see significant usage in Week 13 after rushing for only 13 yards on five carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 11. Teammate Hassan Haskins (hamstring) remains on IR, and rookie Omarion Hampton (ankle) has been ruled out, even though the team opened his 21-day practice window earlier this week.
Vidal has been inconsistent lately, but is likely to handle most of the carries against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders have a surprisingly strong run defense, allowing just 3.7 yards per carry (second-best in the league), which could challenge Vidal's efficiency. However, the Raiders' defense is also the league's worst at stopping goal-line touchdowns, boosting Vidal's scoring upside in a game where the Chargers' coaching staff might lean on the run if the team gets an early lead. Given the opportunity and Hampton's injury status, Vidal should be upgraded to a mid-range RB2 for this week.
Michael Carter, RB, Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals running back Michael Carter had an efficient week on the ground last Sunday and might see more touches in a tough Week 13 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Carter could be forced into the RB1 role in the Cardinals' offense if running back Bam Knight (knee) is unable to play Sunday. Knight is listed as questionable for Week 13 after being limited in practice all week, which leans him towards being on the right side of questionable.
If Knight plays, Carter will continue to be a change-of-pace back in a difficult matchup. The Buccaneers have allowed the seventh fewest rushing yards this season to ball carriers. Carter will need to see an uptick in volume in the passing game to stay fantasy viable. In deep leagues, Carter will be a risky flex option that will need to find the end zone to pay off for fantasy managers, whether Knight plays or not on Sunday.
Xavier Legette, WR, Panthers
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Xavier Legette finished with 22 yards on three receptions and totaled 5.2 PPR points in Monday's 20-9 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. This marked the fourth time in the last five games that Legette registered fewer than 10 PPR points. Legette has a middling matchup this week as the Panthers will take on the Rams. Los Angeles ranks 16th in Fantasy Points Per Game allowed to WRs. Legette's volume has been inconsistent this season, as he has been targeted 5+ times in only three games since Week 5. Considering his mediocre fantasy output and variable volume, fantasy players should not consider Legette for Week 13.
Chimere Dike, WR, Titans
Since the firing of head coach Brian Callahan following a 1-5 start, Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Chimere Dike has been on a 17-game pace of 65 receptions for 768 yards and seven touchdowns. He has also added two punt return touchdowns in that time, looking explosive whenever he's had the ball in his hands. While most fantasy leagues do not reward players for punt or kick return yardage, Dike is currently on pace to set the NFL record for all-purpose yards in a single season.
While the Tennessee offense is still not one that demands its players be started, number one overall pick Cam Ward has shown clear signs of improvement of late and a growing cohesion with his young pass catchers. In deeper leagues, Dike has played his way into flex consideration, and he faces a league-average Jaguars pass defense in Week 13.
