Graham Gano Heads to Injured Reserve

New York Giants kicker Graham Gano (groin) was placed on the injured reserve on Saturday. Gano suffered a groin injury during last week's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. As a result, Gano will miss at least the next four games. Jude McAtamney was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday. McAtamney appears to be in line to get the first chance at the kicking job in New York. The Giants also have Younghoe Koo, but it appears McAtamney won that competition. Fantasy managers should probably look elsewhere for a kicking option for Week 4. This Giants offense hasn't been good enough to give their kickers many chances early in the season.--Andy Webb
