DraftKings PGA DFS Lineup Picks - Travelers Championship (2026)

Harris English - PGA DFS Lineup Picks, Horse For The Course

Zach's DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks for the Travelers Championship (2026). His PGA DFS targets and value plays for daily fantasy golf lineups.

Welcome, everyone, to my DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks and advice for the 2026 Travelers Championship. I'll be providing DFS picks and analysis to help you set those winning DraftKings lineups. For two straight weeks, the winner has been in my picks, with Bud Cauley and Wyndham Clark claiming the RBC Canadian Open and the U.S. Open. Let's keep it rolling this week as the PGA TOUR heads to New England for the final Signature Event of the season.

The Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands has become the traditional stop the week following the U.S. Open, giving the top golfers in the world a chance to claim a piece of the elevated purse at a Signature Event. With the uncertainty of the schedule for next season, this could be the last Signature Event with this format of 72 players in a no-cut event. Since all players will play four rounds, barring withdrawal or disqualification, it's a good week to swing for the fences and try to find some sleepers. Keegan Bradley has won two of the last three seasons at this venue, rallying past Tommy Fleetwood to win last year's event. Course history has been relatively predictive at this venue, so let's dive in and take a look at who should be on your DFS fantasy golf roster.

The RotoBaller team has you covered with details on the course, the field, the history of the event, and much more throughout the week, so be sure to check out all the coverage available at the PGA hub on RotoBaller. In this post, I'll break down six of my top DFS fantasy golf plays coming into the week.

Big Dogs: Top-Tier PGA DFS Lineup Picks

Matt Fitzpatrick ($10K)

The tandem of Scottie Scheffler ($13.8K) and Tommy Fleetwood ($10.3K) is sure to get lots of attention this week since they both have momentum and great history at this venue. However, Matt Fitzpatrick's current form makes him a steaky play with a high ceiling as he looks to claim his second Signature Event of the season.

Fitzpatrick leads the field in Strokes Gained: Approach and Strokes Gained: Around-the-Green over the last six months and is third in Total Strokes Gained. The 31-year-old won the DP World Tour Championship last November and has been on a heater since then.

He has won three times on the PGA TOUR in his 15 events in 2026, claiming the Valspar Championship, the RBC Heritage, and the Zurich Classic of New Orleans to help secure his brother, Alex Fitzpatrick ($7.7K), a full-time PGA TOUR card. In addition to those wins, Fitz added a top 10 at the WM Phoenix Open, a runner-up at THE PLAYERS Championship, and top-25 finishes at each major championship.

Fitzpatrick has proven he can contend in this format and in a strong field like this, even beating Scottie Scheffler in the playoff highlighted above.

He hasn't had a ton of success at this event in the past, although he did post a personal-best T17 last year at the Travelers. He'll come in with so much form this week, though, that he should give himself plenty of birdie chances and has a great chance to be near the top of the leaderboard again at the final Signature Event of the season.

Justin Thomas ($9.1K)

In the same week that Fitzpatrick won the DP World Tour Championship last November, Thomas underwent a microdiscectomy that sidelined him for the early part of the season. The 33-year-old didn't make his season debut until the Arnold Palmer Invitational in March, but he has shown strong form over the last two months.

Thomas has reeled off six straight top-25 finishes, including a T4 at the PGA Championship and a T17 last week at the U.S. Open. He ranks 10th in the field in Total Strokes Gained over the last 30 days and fourth in Strokes Gained: Around-the-Green, which is an important factor at TPC River Highlands.

In the past, Thomas has had plenty of success at this event. He finished T3 back in 2016 and has posted top-10 finishes in each of the last three years as well. If his putter cooperates this week, he could be in the mix for his first win of the season. He has won in this no-cut Signature Event format, claiming the 2025 RBC Heritage for his most recent PGA TOUR victory.

Thomas has a nice blend of course history and current form, and getting him at just over $9K also leaves plenty of salary to spend on the rest of your roster.

Underdogs: Mid-Range PGA DFS Lineup Picks

Harris English ($8K)

English won the Travelers Championship in 2021 in a wild eight-hole playoff against Kramer Hickok. English finished that week with a surging 65 to force the playoff, and went on to claim one of his five PGA TOUR victories in memorable fashion. He has two other top-10 finishes at this track as well, including a T4 last year, when he finished two strokes behind Bradley. English was his typical consistent self that week, posting four rounds of 68 or better and gaining strokes across all major categories.

This season, English's best finish was a T4 at the RBC Heritage on a similar course in the same format as this week's stop at TPC River Highlands. English has top-25 finishes at five other Signature Events as well, most recently finishing T17 at the Memorial Tournament earlier this month. English ranks second in the field in Strokes Gained: Putting over the last three months and ranks in the top 20 in Driving Accuracy and Total Strokes Gained.

Last week, English missed the cut at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, but after the weekend off, he could be more rested and ready to take on the challenge at the Travelers. He comes in a little under the radar, but with so many high finishes at Signature Events this season, he is lined up for another solid performance on a course he knows well.

He has the potential to compete if he's at his best, but he also offers very solid value since he's typically so consistent.

Brian Harman ($7.8K)

Since TPC River Highlands is one of the shorter layouts on the PGA TOUR, precise ball strikers like Harman have had success here. Lefties also seem to have an advantage based on shot-shaping since Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson, and Harman have both thrived here over the years.

Harman has not won at this course, but he has finished in the top 10 in each of the last five years, including a runner-up in 2023 and a solo eighth finish last season. He has eight career top-10 finishes at this course, and all eight of those high finishes have come in the last 11 years.

Even though his current form is a little unremarkable, he did make the cut at Shinnecock last week, even though he may not want to watch his "highlights."

He actually went on to finish T32, which was a nice bounce-back after missing the cut at the Memorial. Before that missed cut at Jack's place, he had made 11 straight cuts with four top-25 finishes, including a T25 at the RBC Heritage.

Harman deserves plenty of attention for his course history at this salary, and since there isn't a cut, it's worth taking a shot on him this week with limited downside and high upside.

Junkyard Dogs: Top PGA DFS Value Picks

Eric Cole ($6.8K)

Eric Cole's game should be a solid fit for the course, and he was on an impressive run before stumbling at the RBC Canadian Open. As one of the shorter drivers on the PGA TOUR, Cole typically is at his best when accuracy is more of a priority than distance, which will likely be the case at TPC River Highlands.

Cole compensates for his lack of Driving Distance with his elite short game. He ranks fourth in the field in Strokes Gained: Around-the-Green over the last three months, fifth in Strokes Gained: Putting, and 19th in Total Strokes Gained over that span.

He posted five top-15 finishes in six events before missing the cut at the RBC Canadian Open two weeks ago, and he finished runner-up at the Charles Schwab Challenge after losing to Russell Henley in a playoff.

Cole followed up that near miss with a top-10 at the Memorial, though, so he doesn't seem to be thrown off by it. The course at TPC Toronto was not a great fit for him, and his iron play was off even though his putter stayed hot.

With his flat stick in gear and his short game on point, Cole could climb back into contention this week. He was a popular fantasy play two weeks ago in Canada, but since he burned his managers with that missed cut, many could avoid him this week. The course plays to his strengths, though, so I expect a bounce-back week for the 38-year-old veteran who is still searching for his first PGA TOUR victory.

Tony Finau ($6.5K)

If you're looking for more value plays, be sure to check out my full Value Plays post on the premium dashboard for some more affordable options that I think have a strong chance of posting good finishes this week.

While Cole is a more conservative play, Finau is a high-risk, high-reward play. After a down year last year, the 36-year-old has flashed good form at times in 2026, although he has struggled to be consistent from week to week.

Finau had a few good weeks, with a T6 at the CJ CUP Byron Nelson, a T18 at the Valspar, and a T11 at the Farmers Insurance Open. He also had a top-20 finish at the Signature Event at Pebble Beach, playing on a sponsor exemption, as he will again this week.

Over the last few weeks, Finau has had some busts to go with those booms, though. He finished 82nd at the RBC Heritage and missed the cut at the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial. Even though those tracks are similar to TPC River Highlands, which is a concerning sign, there are some positive trends to consider for Finau.

He finished T5 at this event just two years ago and has five top-25 finishes in his 10 career appearances. Finau ranks 10th in the field in Strokes Gained: Around-the-Green over the last three months and sixth in Strokes Gained: Off-the-Tee in the last 30 days.

While he has had good weeks in certain aspects of his game, he has not been able to put it all together yet. There are encouraging signs, though, and getting a six-time PGA TOUR winner with a strong track record at just $6.5K is a high-risk move that could pay off if the popular fan-favorite can find his form this week.
