DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Friday Slate (10/31/25)

Brendon Lewis - - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Friday (10/31/25) slate in Week 10. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

Our Halloween treat week of college football slates ends here on Halloween with a three-game slate that features a ranked team. The Big Ten is again off on Friday, with Fox carrying the World Series. We'll have to wait until next week for more Big Ten on Friday nights.

We start with a ranked Memphis team heading to Houston to take on Rice. North Carolina heads up to the Loud House to take on the Orange in a battle of 2025 disappointments. We end this in Ruston with Sam Houston taking on the Bulldogs.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 10/31/25, starting at 7 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower ends of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Brendon Lewis, Memphis ($8.1K)

Lewis turned in the first 300-yard game of his career in the win over South Florida last week, but that's really not his game. Lewis is usually at his best running the ball. That said, Lewis has 573 passing yards in his last two full games. He's finally growing at Memphis after being stunted at Colorado and Nevada.

Gio Lopez, North Carolina ($6.9K)

If there is ever a time to use Lopez, it's here. Syracuse is allowing 273.9 passing yards per game. That's 128th out of 136 FBS teams. I suppose that we can put up with a couple of inevitable interceptions because the yardage will be there.

Truth be told, I would much rather have Max Johnson in there. Unfortunately, Bill Belichick doesn't allow for quarterback controversies. We have to go with the starter in a matchup like this. I may fail, but I'll fail following the stats.

Also consider these QBs

  • Blake Baker, Louisiana Tech ($8.5K)
  • Chase Jenkins, Rice ($7K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Greg Desrosiers Jr., Memphis ($7.5K)

There's a reason why we use Desrosiers. There is a reason Memphis does too. He's a threat to take it in from anywhere on the field. Desrosiers has scored five touchdowns in the last four games.

He's still going to split carries with Sutton Smith in an effort to keep both guys fresh. Desrosiers is by far the better receiver (16 receptions in the last three games), so he's the one to play in PPR formats such as DraftKings.

Quinton Jackson, Rice ($6.4K)

Jackson had a monster game against UConn, racking up 168 yards and three scores. It is concerning that Jackson only had four carries in a blowout loss to UTSA. The fear is that if Rice gets behind quickly that Jackson won't be much of a factor. He has two 100-yard games in the last three tries.

Also consider these RBs

  • Yasin Willis, Syracuse ($6.8K)
  • Clay Thevenin, Louisiana Tech ($6.1K)
  • Alton McCaskill, Sam Houston ($5.5K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Cortez Braham Jr., Memphis ($6.5K)

I want the guy who makes catches like that. Braham is the target hog in the Memphis offense. He has at least five receptions in four of the last five games. The Memphis offense is humming with Lewis and Braham. That doesn't even include what the backs are doing.

Jordan Shipp, North Carolina ($5.5K)

Shipp's numbers don't jump off the page, but the receptions are there. He's just not scoring. Shipp has 16 receptions in the last three games alone. He's the possession receiver in the North Carolina offense.

Sooner or later, Gio Lopez is going to start throwing to the guys in blue, or Max Johnson will get the job (hopefully). The numbers are trending the right way for Shipp. The production should follow.

Darrell Gill Jr., Syracuse ($5.1K)

Rickie Collins has improved as a passer over the last few weeks. He still makes mistakes, but the good news is that his receivers are now relevant in fantasy again. It's not like it was when Steve Angeli was the quarterback, but it's much better than in Collins' first two weeks.

This offense can once again sustain two receivers. Gill has nine receptions for 113 yards and two touchdowns in the last two games. I might even use Gill over Johntay Cook at this point.

Drayden Dickman, Rice ($3.8K)

All we are looking for in this price range is consistency. Dickman has at least two receptions in every game. He has even gotten some carries out of the backfield. Dickman isn't one of the more well-known pieces of this offense, but he may be the most consistent.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Johntay Cook, Syracuse ($5.7K)
  • Eli Finley, Louisiana Tech ($5.3K)
  • Devin Gandy, Louisiana Tech ($4.8K)
  • Chris Reed, Sam Houston ($3.2K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Memphis vs. Rice

This is an easy stack, and one that many entries will have. Lewis, Braham, and Desrosiers will be a common three-man stack. Adding Sutton Smith is a way to differentiate.

Smith gets a consistent number of touches, even for a backup. The production isn't always consistent, making this a better GPP option. Jamari Hawkins has a high upside, but he carries a lot of risk. He has disappeared at times since Memphis runs far more than they pass.

A five-man Memphis stack is a way to get different, but it could also torpedo your lineup. There are only three sure things in this offense. Smith is a close fourth. I wouldn't go any more than four deep here. Let someone else take the risk with Hawkins.

Louisiana Tech vs. Sam Houston

Sam Houston has the worst overall defense in FBS. There are no bad options on this team. Baker, Thevinin, and Finley will be the most popular options in this stack.

I like Omiri Wiggins as another option, but I really don't like the price. His fantasy points-per-game average is solid (8.5 points), but he has three games between 12 and 15 DK points. That means some clunkers in there.

There's less risk using him against Sam Houston than against most teams. More than likely, this game won't be close. That should mean more touches for Wiggins.

If you think this game stays close, putting the main three with Marlion Jackson and Devin Gandy will be a low-used option. Sam Houston's pass defense has allowed 272.4 passing yards per game. Only eight teams are worse.

Using three receivers instead of a backup running back should be the way to go, even if the game isn't close.

Also consider these stacks:

  • Syracuse
  • Rice (GPP only)
