Vinicius Oliveira suffered his first UFC loss after suffering a second-round submission loss to Mario Bautista in the main event of UFC Vegas 113 on Saturday. After getting outgrappled in the first round, Oliveira appeared to be gassed out in the second round. Bautista then pressured Oliveira even more, and after taking him down and landing some punches on the ground, Bautista took Oliveira's back and sank in the rear-naked choke, finishing Oliveira with 14 seconds left in the second round. In 9:46 of action, Oliveira landed 12 significant strikes. With the win, Oliveira dropped to 23-4 as a pro and is now 4-1 in the UFC. --Alen Kurbasic

Mario Bautista got back in the win column by defeating Vinicius Oliveira via second-round submission in the main event of UFC Vegas 113 on Saturday. Bautista was riding an eight-fight winning streak before his loss against Umar Nurmagomedov last October. The opening rounds were expected to be competitive, but Bautista had a dominant performance, and he easily dismantled Oliveira. In the second round, after inflicting some ground-and-pound from a crucifix position, Bautista eventually took Oliveira's back, where he locked in the fight-finishing rear-naked choke. In 9:46 of action, Bautista landed five takedowns and 15 significant strikes. --Alen Kurbasic

Rizvan Kuniev secured his first win in the UFC by defeating Jailton Almeida via unanimous decision on the main card of UFC Vegas 113 on Saturday. It wasn't the most exciting fight as both Kuniev and Almeida took turns controlling the clinch, and as a result, the referee separated them on a few occasions. In the end, Kuniev's takedown defense was on point, and he did more to win a unanimous decision. In 15 minutes, Kuniev landed 43 significant strikes. With the win, Kuniev improved to 14-3-1 as a pro and is now 1-1 in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic

Jailton Almeida suffered a unanimous decision loss to Rizvan Kuniev on the main card of UFC Vegas 113 on Saturday. Almeida was coming off a loss in a potential title eliminator against Alexander Volkov. And just like Almeida's last fight, this one was largely uneventful as well. For most of the fight, Almeida and Kuniev took turns controlling the clinch without landing any damaging shots, forcing the referee to separate Almeida and Kuniev. In 15 minutes, Almeida landed 31 significant strikes. With the loss, Almeida dropped to 8-3 in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
