DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks For 11/27/23 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Today's DraftKings college basketball DFS lineup picks for 11/27/23. Mike Marteny's CBB daily fantasy advice and lineup sleepers to help you win on DraftKings.

You have spoken and we listened! We will have more college basketball content here at RotoBaller than ever before. We'll have more DFS articles, more betting articles, and many other pieces throughout the season! If you're just joining us, welcome! You're joining at a good time! The Holiday tournaments are done, so now we get some on-campus treats, just the way it should be!

We have some heavyweights on our Monday slate with Wisconsin, UConn, Xavier, TCU, Northwestern, and Washington State all hosting smaller schools. Utah hits the road to St. Mary's, so that will be a very interesting one to cap off our night.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/27/23, starting at 6:30 PM Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Tristen Newton, Connecticut ($9,400)

Yes, UConn is going to blow out New Hampshire. That doesn't mean that Newton doesn't have a high ceiling. He posted a triple-double in the blowout win over Manhattan in his 30 minutes on the court. In two early-season blowouts over Stonehill and Mississippi Valley, Newton still put up good numbers despite playing a combined 50 minutes. The floor is better than usual and the ceiling is still there. It's a DFS win-win scenario.

Zarique Nutter, Northern Illinois ($7,300)

There's a lot of noise in early-season stats with many teams playing inferior opponents. What stands out to me with Nutter is that he is piling up stats in other categories aside from scoring in double figures. Nutter's best game was against DePaul when he played a season-high 38 minutes in the win over the Blue Demons. Nutter's scoring will probably take a hit against the Wildcats, but the ancillary stats should still make him worth this price.

Desmond Claude, Xavier ($6,100)

Claude's early-season breakout continues, but Xavier has already played some really good teams in Purdue, Washington, and St. Mary's. He's not padding his stats against inferior opponents. Despite three of Xavier's five games being against teams that will likely make the NCAA Tournament, Claude is averaging 15.5 points and 26.2 DraftKings points per game. He's still a bargain at this price.

Augustas Marciulionis, St. Mary's ($5,300)

The son of former NBA player Sarunas Marciulionis, Augustus is making a name for himself in his second season with the Gaels. He played heavy minutes against Xavier and Davidson, piling up 62 DraftKings points in 68 minutes. That's a great return for a value play. He is a good shooter (he better be...we know who his father is) and contributes across the board. I will keep using him so long as he remains criminally underpriced.

Also consider: Brooks Barnhizer, Northwestern ($8,800); Ahmad Robinson, New Hampshire ($7,600); Myles Rice, Washington State ($6,900); James Dent Jr., Western Illinois ($6,800); Philmon Gebrewhit, Northern Illinois ($5,900); John Blackwell, Wisconsin ($5,000); Hassan Diarra, Connecticut ($4,000)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Emanuel Miller, TCU ($8,200)

I'm not completely sold on any of the high-priced options at forward. It's weird after a loaded slate like yesterday's was. Miller has tremendous upside against Houston Baptist, and given what TCU has shown so far, the starters should still play 27-30 minutes, even in a blowout. Miller is a double-double threat and a better passer than most power forwards. He hasn't had a truly dominant outing yet, but Miller has been consistent, scoring between 27 and 34 DraftKings points in every game. We know exactly what we're getting, which is great for cash games.

Mitchell Saxen, St. Mary's ($7,000)

Saxen posted a double-double against Davidson in just 16 minutes on Friday. That shows the huge upside for Saxen. Branden Carlson is a good rebounder, but he isn't an elite interior player. I still expect Saxen to clean up in the middle against the Utes. He had a strong game against Washington State and could have had an elite one if he could have stayed out of foul trouble. The upside is there.

Lawson Lovering, Utah ($5,300)

Lovering is Carlson lite and a fraction of the cost. He is a good shooter, rebounds well, and is the best rim protector that Utah has. He takes a backseat to Carlson in all of those categories, but assuming that Carlson draws Saxen, Lovering should have a little more room to operate up front tonight. Houston and Wake made it tough on Carlson and Lovering had better games. I think the same thing happens against St. Mary's.

Rueben Chinyelu, Washington State ($5,000)

Chinyelu is one of the better raw prospects in college basketball. He has shown a good shooting touch, but he still isn't that involved in the Washington State offense. He is an elite rebounder, hauling down 32 boards in just 74 minutes of court time in five games. Chinyelu has been more effective against lesser opponents, one of which is on tap tonight. He won't play huge minutes, but Washington State gives Chinyelu enough minutes to put up good stat lines.

Also consider: Branden Carlson, Utah ($8,500); Alex Karaban, Connecticut ($7,100); Drew Cisse, Western Illinois ($6,600); Tyler Wahl, Wisconsin ($6,400); Jay Alvarez, Houston Baptist ($5,100); Ernest Udeh, TCU ($4,200)
