Cam Pickett a Game Time Decision in Week 2
Kansas wide receiver Cam Pickett (leg) will be a game time decision for the team's Week 2 game against Missouri. The wideout did not play in the team's Week 1 rout of Long Island. Without him around, four receivers made notable contributions in the passing game. Nik McMillan led the Jayhawks with 130 yards and a touchdown on six grabs, Bryson Hayes caught two passes for 56 yards, Nahzae Cox hauled in a 47-yard pass and Tate Nagy had three receptions for 40 yards and a score. Pickett spent the 2024 season with Ball State before transferring to Kansas for the 2025 campaign. He had 45 receptions in his first year with the Jayhawks, going for 476 yards and three touchdowns; Pickett added 20 rushing yards on two attempts. Missouri will pose a much tougher test than Long Island did. The Tigers allowed just 109 passing yards in a rout of Arkansas-Pine Bluff last week, so this is a tough fantasy matchup for all the Kansas wideouts.
