Bam Crouch Doubtful to Play in Week 2
Kansas linebacker Bam Crouch (shoulder) is doubtful to play in the team's Week 2 game against Missouri. He got injured in Week 1 against Long Island, but had a sack among his two tackles before leaving. Crouch is a transfer from Boston College, where he had 107 tackles over four seasons. His best season was in 2024, when he tallied 77 tackles and two sacks, while also forcing two fumbles. Kansas allowed just six points and 146 total yards in Week 1, but Missouri is a much tougher challenge, and down Crouch, the matchup gets a little tougher. Missouri racked up 54 points and 562 total yards in Week 1. If Crouch is inactive, Kansas could turn to Malachi Curvey or Jibreel Al-Amin, who are listed as co-starters with Crouch this week.
