Arizona State Quarterback Sam Leavitt Out for the Season
Arizona State quarterback Sam Leavitt (foot) is set to undergo season-ending surgery, knocking him out for the remainder of 2025. The Sun Devils will turn to super-senior Jeff Sims to man the offense for the rest of the year. Leavitt was knocked out of last week's loss to Houston twice, and missed the blowout loss against Utah two weeks ago. While he is draft-eligible as a redshirt sophomore, it remains to be seen if he will leave for the NFL or remain in college. With the quarterback class this year facing many question marks, himself included, we will need to wait and see on a draft decision from the talented young quarterback.
