The Philadelphia Eagles defense/special teams unit wasn't particularly special in Week 1 against the Cowboys, allowing 20 points to their offense and forcing a fumble. While it wasn't an especially disappointing performance, they definitely left a lot to be desired for what is supposed to be one of the top defenses in the league. On Sunday, Philadelphia is faced with the Chiefs. Obviously, Kansas City's offense can never be scoffed at as long as they have Mahomes throwing the ball, but the Philly defense does match up pretty well. When these teams met in the Super Bowl in February, the Eagles' defense was suffocating, forcing three turnovers, including a pick-six, and keeping the Chiefs scoreless until the dying moments of the third quarter. It's a tough challenge, but fantasy managers should give this unit another chance or two in the starting lineup before calling it quits on the Eagles D/ST.--Ricky Maloney - RotoBaller
