Hello there eSports DFS enthusiasts, and welcome back to RotoBaller's coverage of Call of Duty DFS contests for FanDuel and DraftKings!
We have a four-match slate on Saturday with every match having the potential to go five games. This will be a high scoring slate so picking the right pieces from the right teams will be extra important. Lets dive in!

Call of Duty: London Home Series (Best of 5)
- Florida Mutineers vs. London Royal Ravens
- Dallas Empire vs. New York Subliners
- Seattle Surge vs. OpTic Gaming LA
- Paris Legion vs. LA Guerillas
COD DFS Basics
- Like in CSGO, players receive two points for a kill and are penalized -1 for dying. Therefore, the simplest stat to look at here is K/D ratio. However, players can also earn fantasy points for planting or defusing bombs (three points each) in Search and Destroy rounds, so there are some players who we can target for other skills besides their ability to kill the opponent.
- You need to roster a team slot on both sites. Teams accrue fantasy points for games won (+4), matches won (+10), and Search and Destroy rounds won (+.5).
- Teams will be playing best-of-five matches on a rotation of various game modes. Those modes and the order in which they are played is as follows: Hardpoint, Search & Destroy, Domination, Hardpoint, Search & Destroy.
- In hardpoint rounds, players with positive K/D ratios are usually the highest scorers and these rounds are often the bloodiest.
- The Domination round is a good bit different than the others as teams attempt to control flag points on the map. These rounds can be bloody, but also can be relatively low-scoring depending on how aggressive or defensive teams get in this round. Players can earn +1 for successful flag captures during this domination round.
DFS Captain Considerations
Shotzzy - Dallas takes on the flaming hot Subliners in what I expect to be a four or five game series. Anytime Dallas is playing and the series should be tight, Shotzzy is an absolute lock in all formats. He is the best player on this Dallas team and also has a great supporting cast. He is the highest priced player on the slate and I have no problem paying that for him.
Owakening/Skyz - I could probably make a case for every player on this Florida roster for captain consideration. But these two are the best statistical players on the best team in the league. I fully expect the Ravens to push this to five in their home series. Ever since Owakening has been added to this roster, this team has been incredible. Lock these Florida guys in with confidence.
Slasher - A bit of a more contrarian captain play as I doubt many people look to the struggling OpTic Gaming. This squad had a good showing today against Florida taking them to five games. Slasher has shown major upside having three recent matches passing 145 fantasy points. The Surge should be able to take at least one map in this series and Slasher is a great contrarian captain option.
Other captain plays: Mack, Louqa (GPP)
COD DFS Value Plays
Fero - Fero has had six straight matches with over 100 fantasy points. Do i need to say more? At 8k on FD he is an absolute steal and I expect him to be chalky but I will gladly eat this chalk value and look to get different elsewhere.
Drazah - He had his debut today for OGLA subbing in for Chino and he did not disappoint. He put up a 125 in a 2-3 loss to Florida and now has a juicy match-up with Seattle. At 7.9k on FD i love the value he brings and I look for him to build off his performance today.
Other value plays: Accuracy, Havok

COD DFS Stacks
Florida Mutineers: Florida comes into this match-up coming off of a 3-2 win against OGLA. Florida is a top stack on the slate for me and my favorite part about this team is literally every single player is viable. My three favorite are Owakening, Skyz, and Fero. London is a good team and I fully expect them to take a map or two. If you are looking on the Ravens side which I think is a very good contrarian option should this series go five, my favorites are Wuskin, Skrapz, and Seany. I would recommend getting at least two Florida pieces in your lineup on Saturday.
OpTic Gaming LA: OGLA takes on Surge in a battle of lower-tier teams. OGLA flashed a lot of positive loss today in their five map loss against Florida and it looks like these roster changes could potentially benefit this team a lot. My favorites from LA are Slasher and Drazah. This is a team that has a lot of variance but also has a ton of sneaky upside. I feel like they may go overlooked with so many other options on this slate.
