Penn State quarterback Rocco Becht is graded as the sixth-best newcomer, per ESPN's Billy Tucker. Starting at Iowa State for the majority of the past three seasons, Becht has accumulated 9,274 yards and 64 touchdowns in his career. His leadership and experience in Matt Campbell's system give the Nittany Lions a safe floor in year one of a new era.
