DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Saturday Main Slate (11/1/25)

Fernando Mendoza - College Football Rankings, CFB DFS Picks, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (11/1/25) main slate in Week 10. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

The first of November was the Saturday that was circled at the beginning of the season when we all got a look at the matchups. Now, this weekend is so mid that College Game Day even went to a Big 12 game. Oh, the humanity! We've still got some good DFS spots. Vanderbilt visits the 40 acres for the first time since 1927. Central Florida is in Waco to take on the Bears. Duke heads to Clemson. Miami is in Dallas, making Texas the epicenter of the college football universe this weekend. Penn State heads to Ohio State in what was supposed to be the game of the century.

Arizona State is in Ames to experience a cold unlike those in Arizona have ever felt. Louisville heads to Blacksburg. We have the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party in Jacksonville. Texas Tech heads to the Little Apple. Notre Dame is in Boston for the original Holy War. Indiana is in College Park to take on the Terps. We close out from Berkeley with Virginia in town.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main DraftKings slate on 11/1/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from high to low. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Fernando Mendoza, Indiana ($9.2K)

DFS players all love how consistent Mendoza is as well. If he doesn't pile up the yards, he piles up the touchdowns. If he doesn't get touchdowns, he gets the yards.

Maryland is right in the middle of FBS in passing yards allowed. Mendoza has multiple touchdowns in six of eight games. There shouldn't be any problem with him getting what he needs here.

Cade Klubnik, Clemson ($7.5K)

Klubnik may be the best play on the slate at any price since he is listed as probable with his ankle injury. Duke has an excellent run defense, but they give up 268.2 passing yards per game. That's 118th in FBS. Klubnik has cleared 22 DraftKings points in four straight games.

Tayven Jackson, Central Florida ($7.2K)

Baylor allows 432.1 yards per game. That's 111th in FBS. Jackson is all over the place as far as production goes. He should be able to get both rushing and passing yards against Baylor if you can stomach the floor.

Darian Mensah, Duke ($6.4K)

It's crazy to me that Mensah is so undervalued in DFS circles and college football circles alike. He's not running as much as he did at Tulane, but you know what we said about Mendoza. We love the consistency. Mensah has between 16 and 30 DK points in every game.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Sawyer Robertson, Baylor ($9.1K)
  • CJ Carr, Notre Dame ($8.3K)
  • Kyron Drones, Virginia Tech ($8.2K)
  • Carson Beck, Miami (FL) ($6.7K)
  • Behren Morton, Texas Tech ($6.6K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

J'Mari Taylor, Virginia ($7.5K)

This is a volume-based play. Taylor has at least 18 touches in five straight games and in six of the last seven. The touches don't always result in production, but against Cal, they should. The Bears allow 165.7 rushing yards per game, which is 91st in FBS.

Isaac Brown, Louisville ($7.4K)

That just shows how electric Isaac Brown is...and we get to have him for this price. He finally seems to be back in top form. He has 318 rushing yards in the last two games alone.

Myles Montgomery, Central Florida ($5.8K)

Baylor allows a staggering 204.1 rushing yards per game. That's 124th in FBS. I haven't played UCF much in DFS this year. This is one slate where I will have all of the UCF I can handle. Baylor is a dream matchup for anyone right now.

J'Koby Williams, Texas Tech ($5.3K)

Cameron Dickey had one big game, and his DFS salary has been out of control since. I'll keep shopping on the bargain rack for Williams. He's more explosive than Dickey, but also less reliable. Tech is in a solid matchup with the Wildcats. Dickey and Williams should both get work.

If we pay down for Williams, it won't hurt as much if he has a clunker. Only two of the eight games can be considered clunkers, so we're likely in for a solid day for the price.

Also consider these RBs:

  • Jeremiyah Love, Notre Dame ($9K)
  • Mark Fletcher Jr., Miami (FL) ($7.2K)
  • Kendrick Raphael, California ($6.5K)
  • Bo Jackson, Ohio State ($5.5K)
  • Sedrick Alexander, Vanderbilt ($4.9K)
  • Jaden Nixon, Central Florida ($4.4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Malachi Toney, Miami (FL) ($5.9K)

Miami has one alpha receiver, and it's Toney. He has at least four receptions in every game this season. The Hurricanes have even used him out of the backfield in recent weeks. Toney is one of the safest plays out there.

Cooper Barkate, Duke ($5.6K)

Barkate has hit double figures in DraftKings points in every game this season. He has topped 20 in two of the last three weeks. Duke is going to have to pass to keep up in this game. Barkate is a massive target hog. He hauled in 13 passes in the last game against Georgia Tech.

Jayce Brown, Kansas State ($5K)

How in the world is an alpha receiver this cheap? Brown has at least 23 DK points in three of the last four games. He has $1.5K less last week against Kansas. I know that Texas Tech is a tough matchup, but there is no way the Wildcats will be able to run the ball.

Avery Johnson is going ot have to throw, and the ones that don't go to Joe Jackson out of the backfield will go to Brown. I'm going to enjoy the discount and invest heavily in Brown.

Jordan Hudson, SMU ($4.2K)

The whole SMU offense was a mess last week, and Hudson still picked up 5.1 DK points. Hudson has at least four receptions in four straight games. He's the SMU receiver you want since they will likely play catch-up the entire game.

Malik McClain, Arizona State ($3.6K)

Injuries have taken the fun out of the Fun Devils. Star QB Sam Leavitt and star receiver Jordyn Tyson are both out for this game. That leaves journeyman Jeff Sims throwing to McClain.

McClain went bonkers on Houston last week with Tyson out, hauling in seven passes for 159 yards. You need McClain in every lineup.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State ($8.3K)
  • Chris Bell, Louisville ($7.6K)
  • Josh Cameron ($5.8K)
  • Antonio Williams, Clemson ($5.3K)
  • T.J. Moore, Clemson ($4.9K)
  • Dallas Wilson, Florida ($4.4K)
  • Cam Ross, Virginia ($4K)
  • Brett Eskildsen, Iowa State ($3.4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks

Notre Dame vs. Boston College

The Irish are priced to the point where it makes it difficult to use both CJ Carr and Love. Jadarian Price is going to be used as a substitute for Love. I  would suggest using them both to get different. The good news is that Notre Dame receivers are cheap enough to use.

The question is whether Notre Dame will pass enough to make it worth our while. Jordan Faison, Malachi Fields, and Eli Raridon, in that order, are all worth using. I'll run a five-man with Carr, Love, Price, Faison, and Fields. There's enough value to get it done.

Central Florida vs. Baylor

Another week, another stack against Baylor. Jackson and Montgomery are going to be popular options. I'll be adding Jaden Nixon to my stacks. Central Florida throws just enough to be dangerous, thanks to the inaccuracy of Jackson.

A contrarian five-man that almost no one will run is Jackson, Montgomery, Nixon, Duane Thomas Jr., and Chris Domercant. Any UCF stack should be run back with Baylor's Sawyer Robertson.

Also consider these stacks:

  • Miami (FL)
  • Ohio State (GPP only)
  • Iowa State (GPP only)
