Kam Robinson to Make Season Debut in Week 2
Virginia linebacker Kam Robinson (knee) will play in the team's Week 2 game against Norfolk State on Friday. He missed the team's Week 0 matchup against NC State. Robinson tore his ACL last November, but will be a welcome addition back to the Cavaliers' defense. Across three seasons and 31 games with Virginia so far, the linebacker has 199 combined tackles. Robinson has eight sacks, 15 tackles for losses, five interceptions and a forced fumble. The matchup against Norfolk State is more favorable than the one Virginia's defense had against NC State back in Week 0. The Cavaliers held the Wolfpack to eight points and 168 yards, and could be even more dominant on Friday with Robinson back in the mix.
