Will Shipley Leads Eagles Backfield with Long Run
Will Shipley carried the ball seven times for 48 yards and caught a pass for four yards in Thursday's 34-27 win over the Bengals. All of Shipley's action took place in the first quarter, with the hefty majority of it being on the first drive alone. On the Eagles' third play on offense, the second-string RB broke free for a 38-yard run that ultimately led to a touchdown. Going into the fantasy season, it's no secret that Saquon Barkley will dominate touches in the Philadelphia backfield. Shipley could be a strong option as a late-round handcuff in drafts or a mid-season waiver wire pickup if Barkley goes down.
