Mike Fanelli's top 10 fantasy football dynasty rookie draft rankings for Superflex leagues. His top 10 rookies to target for Superflex and two-QB dynasty rookie drafts.
While the 2025 NFL Draft was more than a month ago, fantasy players are still knee-deep in dynasty rookie drafts.
However, dynasty rookie rankings have changed since the NFL Draft ended in late April.
Therefore, let’s look at my updated top-10 dynasty rookie draft rankings for Superflex leagues.

No. 10 – RJ Harvey, RB, Denver Broncos
Some will have Harvey higher in their rankings because the former UCF star could have the second-best rookie season of any running back in the draft class. However, his dynasty value is slightly lower. He had an excellent 2024 season at UCF, leading the Big 12 in yards per attempt (6.8) and rushing touchdowns (22).
Furthermore, Harvey is already shining in a Broncos uniform. He is a smooth runner with the ability to play on all three downs in Sean Payton’s offense. More importantly, the rookie has little competition for touches in the backfield, especially with Javonte Williams out of town. Every running back Payton has drafted with a top 100 pick as a head coach has been a fantasy star. Expect Harvey to have similar success.

No. 9 – Tyler Warren, TE, Indianapolis Colts
Warren was my favorite prospect heading into the NFL Draft, taking him as early as pick 1.02 in rookie mock drafts. Unfortunately, his fantasy value took a hit following the NFL Draft, coming off the board as the second tight end and outside the top 10 selections. Yet, he is still an excellent rookie draft prospect.
While the Colts have an awful quarterback situation this year, they should have no trouble improving next season. Furthermore, Warren could quickly become the focal point of the passing game, with Indianapolis lacking a No. 1-caliber wide receiver. Fantasy players should avoid making the mistake of letting Warren become this year’s Brock Bowers, sliding down rookie rankings because of his less-than-ideal situation.
No. 8 – Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears
Many had Tyler Warren as the top tight end in their dynasty rookie rankings before the NFL Draft. However, most moved Loveland ahead of him in their rankings after the Bears made the former Michigan star the first tight end picked in the NFL Draft and a top-10 selection.
Chicago can get out of Cole Kmet’s contract after the 2025 season. While the rookie won’t have a full-time role this year, Loveland will have one beginning in 2026. More importantly, he had a 2.22 yards per route run rate at Michigan, a higher average than Trey McBride, Sam LaPorta, or T.J. Hockenson in college. Loveland will be a star in Ben Johnson’s offense.

No. 7 – Quinshon Judkins, RB, Cleveland Browns
Judkins was one of the more underrated prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft. He was outstanding as a freshman at Ole Miss, leading the SEC in rushing attempts (274), yards (1,567), and touchdowns (16). Judkins transferred to Ohio State last season, but still was an elite player despite splitting the backfield workload with TreVeyon Henderson.
Meanwhile, Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski wants a run-first offense, especially with one of the worst quarterback units in the NFL in his locker room. Therefore, expect Judkins to become the team’s new Nick Chubb, providing fantasy value early in his career. While the Browns offensive line is far from an elite unit, it can block well enough for the rookie to succeed.
No. 6 – TreVeyon Henderson, RB, New England Patriots
From one former Ohio State star running back to another, Henderson is ahead of Quinshon Judkins in my rankings because of his explosiveness and ability to make home run plays. Last year, he averaged a career-low nine rushing attempts per game because of Judkins. However, Henderson led the Big Ten in rushing yards per attempt (7.1).
Furthermore, he is a dangerous weapon in the passing game. Henderson can take any touch to the house. While Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson signed significant contracts last offseason, don’t be surprised when the rookie replaces both as the starter before Week 1. There is a chance Gibson is cut or traded during the preseason, creating more work for the former Ohio State star.

No. 5 – Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Carolina Panthers
Some will have McMillan as the No. 1 wide receiver and a top-three guy in their dynasty rookie rankings. The former Arizona star had at least 1,300 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in back-to-back years to end his college career, making ridiculous contested catches nearly every game. However, some are worried about his long speed and ability to separate.
Yet, McMillan should be a fantasy star early in his career. The Panthers have an up-and-coming offense with Bryce Young under center. However, the team lacked a go-to No. 1 wide receiver. While Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker had solid moments as rookies, they won’t keep the former Arizona star from seeing over 140 targets as a rookie.
No. 4 – Travis Hunter, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
Hunter would be my second-highest-ranked rookie prospect if he were a full-time wide receiver. While the Jaguars plan to play him primarily on offense, the rookie has participated in defensive drills with the team so far this offseason. Therefore, there is a risk that he ends up playing half the snaps on both sides of the ball to stay fresh.
However, the former Colorado star is an excellent wide receiver prospect. Despite playing most of the snaps on both sides of the ball in college, Hunter led the Big 12 in receptions (96) and receiving touchdowns (15) last season. Furthermore, the rookie has shone so far this offseason, pushing Brian Thomas Jr. for the team’s No. 1 wide receiver role.

No. 3 – Cam Ward, QB, Tennessee Titans
The 2025 dynasty rookie class lacked star power at the quarterback position. Meanwhile, the class has elite talent at every other position, especially at running back and tight end. Therefore, it’s no surprise that Ward is the only quarterback in the top 10 of my Superflex rankings. The top pick in the NFL Draft will be the Titans’ Week 1 starter.
While Tennessee lacks an elite set of weapons, it improved the offensive line in free agency while adding a couple of wide receivers in the NFL Draft. More importantly, Ward was outstanding last season at Miami despite having only one of the four eligible pass-catchers drafted this year. His rushing abilities will provide a solid fantasy floor early in his career.
No. 2 – Omarion Hampton, RB, Los Angeles Chargers
Some thought Hampton was in the same tier of predraft prospects as Ashton Jeanty and worthy of a top-10 pick in the NFL Draft. While he didn’t get drafted that high, the former North Carolina star landed in an excellent place for his long-term fantasy value. The Chargers had one of the NFL’s top rushing attacks last season with Jim Harbaugh on the sidelines.
Unfortunately, Najee Harris signed with Los Angeles before the NFL Draft. Meanwhile, the team placed the rarely used unrestricted free-agent tag on J.K. Dobbins. Therefore, Hampton could be in a three-way backfield as a rookie. Yet, some fantasy football experts have massive expectations for the former North Carolina star in 2025.

No. 1 – Ashton Jeanty, RB, Las Vegas Raiders
Jeanty is the clear-cut top guy in every dynasty rookie rankings, regardless of format or scoring system. Many believe he should have won the Heisman Trophy last season after leading the country in rushing attempts (374) and yards (2,601). Furthermore, Jeanty led the Mountain West in rushing touchdowns (29) despite every defense allocating every resource to stop him.
More importantly, the rookie should quickly become a fantasy superstar after getting drafted by the Raiders. Head coach Pete Carroll wants a run-first offense after having success with it in Seattle. Therefore, expect him to make Jeanty the focal point of the offense and his new Marshawn Lynch.
