Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (11/8/25) main slate in Week 11. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.
We've got another big Saturday main slate on tap, with some unusual suspects on the slate. We start in StarkVegas with Georgia in town for a Bulldog battle. BYU is in Lubbock for maybe the biggest game for the Cougars since 1984. Colorado is in Morgantown for the latest couch burning. Indiana heads to Penn State in one of the most disappointing games of the season, from what was thought to be in the preseason. Ohio State takes on the World's Largest Drum in West Lafayette. It's more dangerous than the football team.
The afternoon starts in Piscataway with Maryland in town. A&M heads to Columbia to take on Missouri and its freshman quarterback in his first start. Kansas is in Arizona for a football game, not basketball. Iowa State is in Fort Worth to take on the Toadies. Duke heads to UConn, again, for football, not basketball. Oregon is in Iowa for a freezing-rain-filled slugfest. We end in Nashville with Vandy taking on Auburn.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main DraftKings slate on 11/8/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from high to low. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Joe Fagnano, Connecticut ($9.2K)
We have one of the best QB matchups of the season this Saturday.
Duke’s Darian Mensah and UConn’s Joe Fagnano are currently 5th and 6th in the FBS respectively in passing yards.

Mensah is the more well-known quarterback, but Fagnano is the one who hasn't thrown an interception in 304 pass attempts. Duke's defense funnels everything to the air. The Blue Devils have allowed 284.9 passing yards per game. That's 129th out of 136 FBS teams.
Fagnano isn't just avoiding interceptions by throwing fewer passes or by dumping short passes all over the field. He gets downfield a few times a game and still isn't making the mistakes that so many of his peers do. He's the best play on this slate.
A build using both Mensah and Fagnano is something to consider in GPP formats. There is enough value to make it happen.
Julian Sayin, Ohio State ($7.5K)
Yeah, Ohio State is a huge road favorite. The Buckeyes have been huge favorites in the last two weeks as well. Sayin put up 68.3 DraftKings points in those two games.
Ohio State has finally turned Sayin loose because he doesn't make mistakes either. Purdue has allowed 238.5 passing yards, which is 88th in FBS. This is a great matchup for Sayin, and he has two very stackable receivers to help this get out of hand.
Matt Zollers, Missouri ($7K)
We don't know much of anything about Zollers. The freshman has played sparingly for Missouri this year, but hasn't left a lot on the tape. We do know things about Texas A&M. The Aggies allowed 42 points to Arkansas and 40 to Notre Dame.
The Missouri offense isn't as potent as either of those, but three other teams have scored in the 20s on A&M. The book on Zollers says that he can make plays with his legs and has a good deep arm. For this price against this defense, he's the perfect large-field GPP play.
Scotty Fox Jr., West Virginia ($6.2K)
I will put this in the simplest possible terms: Fox nuked the Houston defense with 28.8 DK points last week, and Colorado has allowed more than 50 points in each of the last two games.

- Gunner Stockton, Georgia ($8.3K)
- Malik Washington, Maryland ($7.7K)
- Noah Fifita, Arizona ($7.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Nate Sheppard, Duke ($8.2K)
Sheppard is often lost in the shuffle thanks to the numbers of Mensah, but he's having a nice season of his own. Connecticut is allowing 181.3 rushing yards per game. That's 108th in FBS.
Duke is going to get their passing, but Sheppard is a great addition to stacks as well. Duke isn't just going to ignore him in a matchup like this. Besides, they'll want to keep the ball away from UConn if this turns into a shootout.
Antwan Raymond, Rutgers ($7.4K)
Maryland has allowed 169.4 rushing yards per game, which is 90th in FBS. Raymond is a true alpha back in this offense. He averages nearly 20 touches per game.
The only concern would be if Rutgers falls behind big again and is forced to keep up through the air. There's a slight chance of that happening, but the Maryland offense has had its issues as well.
Bo Jackson, Ohio State ($5.4K)
Purdue has been gouged on the ground this year to the tune of 171.4 rushing yards per game. Both Ohio State backs are firmly in play here. Jackson will be more valuable if the game stays close. CJ Donaldson could be the man if it gets out of hand.
Whatever the case, the Buckeyes can run at will in this game. However, it is worth noting the usage of Sayin lately. There is no clear-cut Heisman Trophy winner, and the Buckeyes seem to be giving Sayin more opportunities to throw his hat in the ring.

Cameron Dickey had one big game, and his DFS salary has been out of control since. I'll keep shopping on the bargain rack for Williams. He's more explosive than Dickey, but also less reliable. Williams has 47 DK points in the last two games. He's even outperforming Dickey right now!
It is worth noting that Williams got more carries after Dickey lost a fumble in a close game. I don't know if that signifies a changing of the guard just yet, but it is something to note since Williams is significantly cheaper than Dickey.
If you're going to try to cram Mensah, Fagnano, and their receivers into a lineup together, you're going to need the value of Williams. Williams averages nearly 13 touches per game. I love that for a value pick.

- Jeremiah Cobb, Auburn ($7.3K)
- Roman Hemby, Indiana ($6.4K)
- Kamari Moulton, Iowa ($6.1K)
- DeJuan Williams, Maryland ($5K)
- Cyncir Bowers, West Virginia ($4.2K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Cooper Barkate, Duke ($7.3K)
The price hike isn't quite as high on Barkate as Mensah from last week, but it's still tough to swallow. However, it is warranted. Duke was very underpriced last week and flew past expectations. They are high-priced this week in a dream matchup.
Barkate has 62.9 DK points over the last two games alone. He hasn't been under 15 DK points in a game since September 13. He is the guy that Mensah is going to look for. Considering how bad UConn's pass defense has been, Barkate has a high ceiling.
Skyler Bell, Connecticut ($6.9K)
I have no idea how the UConn dynamic duo is cheaper than Duke's. As great as Duke's matchup is, Connecticut's is even better since Duke is excellent at stopping the run.
Duke is going to run some on UConn because they can. UConn is going to throw on Duke because they have no other option. Bell has at least 30 DK points in three straight games. Name any other receiver who has done that and remained priced in this range.
Carnell Tate, Ohio State ($5.7K)
With Sayin throwing more, the obvious target has been Jeremiah Smith. Tate has gotten a bump as well. He has 58.5 DK points in the last two games alone despite the Buckeyes winning by a combined score of 72-14. Smith can break a slate, but Tate outscores most in his price range.
Omarion Miller, Colorado ($4.8K)
Julian Lewis should help the Colorado passing game. Miller caught a touchdown from each quarterback last week, meaning that even if Lewis struggles and Kaidon Salter is put back in, Miller will still be the top target. Miller is priced right for the upside he has.
Chase Sowell, Iowa State ($3.8K)
The Cyclones love to use the tight ends in the passing game, but with Benjamin Brahmer out for a while, that frees up some targets. Sowell saw 10 targets last week, bringing in six of them.
Gabe Burkle will see a lot of balls come his way in place of Brahmer, but Sowell is the guy with the most upside. Burkle is a strong cash game/single entry play.

- Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana ($6.8K)
- KC Concepcion, Texas A&M ($6.3K)

- Boden Groen, Kansas ($4.4K)
- Tre Spivey, Arizona ($3.2K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks
Connecticut vs. Duke - Game Stack
If ever there were a game that called for a game stack, it's this one. The bad news is that DraftKings made it nearly impossible to pull it off, and it definitely can't be done with the best players from each side.
We'll cover the solo stacks first. UConn's is pretty simple: stack the passing game. Fagnano, Bell, Juice Vereen, and John Neider are the best options. If you want a full five-man, Cam Edwards would be the obvious pick based on volume. Expectations should be tempered due to Duke's strength against the run.
With Duke, you can use everyone. Mensah and Barkate will be the dynamic duo in many lineups, but you're leaving a lot of production out if you don't include Que'Sean Brown as well. Any Duke stack should also add Sheppard. Sahmir Hagans is an excellent fifth option and can help keep the cost down.
You can run a Duke four-man (Mensah, Brown, Barkate, and Hagans) with Fagnano and Bell and still have $4.5K for each running back slot. I'll use this as a basis for at least one build.
West Virginia vs. Colorado
The Colorado defense has been awful. Granted, the West Virginia offense has been nothing to write home about, but this is their chance. Colorado is allowing 215.8 rushing yards per game this year. Only Eastern Michigan and Georgia Southern are worse.
Fox is a runner, and can be run naked, but I prefer adding both Bowers and Diore Hubbard. West Virginia's backfield has been in flux all season, but Hubbard and Bowers seem to get a pretty even split right now.
A West Virginia three-man fits nicely with a Duke five-man.
