DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Friday Slate (11/7/25)

Jake Retzlaff - College Football Rankings - CFB DFS Picks

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Friday (11/7/25) slate in Week 11. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

The World Series is over, so we see Fox and the Big Ten jump back into the Friday night fracas. Another Friday night, another big game in the American Conference. We even have the Space Race for good measure! This is going to be a fun one!

We start with the aforementioned Space Race from the Bounce House. Tulane heads to the Liberty Bowl to take on Memphis. We close this out in L.A. with Northwestern tangling with the Trojans.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 11/7/25, starting at 8 pm Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, highlighting one option at the high, middle, and low ends of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Conner Weigman, Houston ($8.3K)

This won't be an easy matchup for Weigman, but few are at this point of the season. His two turnovers last week helped take Houston out of CFP consideration, but we don't care about that in DFS. Weigman topped 28 DraftKings points for the fourth straight game and topped 30 for the third straight in the loss.

The only team that Weigman didn't hit 20 DK points against was Texas Tech. He's the surest thing we have at quarterback tonight.

Jake Retzlaff, Tulane ($7.6K)

Retzlaff adds a lot of value with his rushing ability. He has scored a rushing touchdown in three of the last four games. He can also throw when needed. Retzlaff put up 347 passing yards against East Carolina.

This could be a higher-scoring game against Memphis. If Brendon Lewis ends up sitting out, I may move off of Retzlaff. This play is contingent on the game staying competitive, where Retzlaff will have to be heavily involved.

Also consider these QBs

  • Brendon Lewis, Memphis ($8K)
  • Preston Stone, Northwestern ($6.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Greg Desrosiers Jr., Memphis ($6.8K)

There's a reason why we use Desrosiers. There is a reason Memphis does too. He's a threat to take it in from anywhere on the field. Desrosiers has scored six touchdowns in the last five games.

He's still going to split carries with Sutton Smith in an effort to keep both guys fresh. Desrosiers is by far the better receiver (18 receptions in the last four games), so he's the one to play in PPR formats such as DraftKings.

If Lewis is out, we could see a heavier workload for both Memphis backs. We could also see more checkdowns to Desrosiers, which could help his value even more.

Caleb Komolafe, Northwestern ($4.9K)

Komolafe had been netting more carries over Joseph Himon II anyway. His breakout performance against Nebraska before the bye should have clinched the job for Komolafe. Speaking of Nebraska, they had success running against USC last week.

Komolafe has double-digit touches in every game this season, but he has been near 20 touches in three of the last five games. He might be the best value on this slate for the number of touches he gets.

Also consider these RBs

  • King Miller, USC ($7.4K)
  • Myles Montgomery, Central Florida ($5.7K)
  • Sutton Smith, Memphis ($4.7K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Cortez Braham Jr., Memphis ($5.9K)

Jayden Maiava has had two of the worst passing performances of his career in back-to-back games. It may not get better against Northwestern's defense. I'm more than willing to go back to the well for Braham. He rarely fails me.

The 9.6 DraftKings points against Rice were the fewest for Braham since the Georgia State game on September 6. Be it Lewis or AJ Hill throwing him the ball, Braham will be a strong play.

Amare Thomas, Houston ($5.4K)

Thomas has at least 20 DK points in three of the last four games. He has emerged as the go-to guy in the passing game. Thomas caught 10 passes last week and scored three times. The only thing missing was a 100-yard game...which he missed by one yard. Don't be surprised if he gets the mark against Central Florida.

Griffin Wilde, Northwestern ($5.2K)

Wilde has 20 more receptions than any other Northwestern receiver, and his 570 yards are 364 more than the second-highest on the team. Northwestern doesn't throw a lot, but Wilde is the guy they look at when they do.

Tanner Koziol, Houston ($4.8K)

The tight end has at least five receptions in four straight games and six of the last eight. He has been a huge part of this offense since transferring in from Ball State. Koziol also has a touchdown reception in three straight games. Weigman trusts him near the goal line, enhancing Koziol's value even more.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Makai Lemon, USC ($6.9K)
  • Duane Thomas Jr., Central Florida ($5.3K)
  • Anthony Brown-Stephens, Tulane ($5.1K)
  • Dylan Wade, Central Florida ($3.4K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Houston vs. Central Florida

The Central Florida defense still doesn't scare me. Their metrics grade out well enough, but UCF has given up 104 points in four Big 12 games. Take out the 13 they allowed against West Virginia, and that's around 30 points per game.

Houston's struggles on offense last week were mostly with turnovers. The yards were there. If Houston doesn't turn the ball over four times again in this one, it's reasonable to expect they'll hit that coveted 30 mark.

I'm more interested in the passing game for Houston, specifically Weigman, Koziol, and Thomas. The only good option for a fourth Houston piece is Dean Connors. My preferred UCF runback option is Myles Mongomery. I don't trust much of the UCF offense.

Memphis vs. Tulane

This one gets tricky if Brendon Lewis is ruled out. Considering that he returned to the Rice game and was able to finish, I think he'll ultimately be out there. Like I said last week, Lewis is almost better when he's playing hurt. He's still a great option.

If Lewis plays, it changes the Memphis offense. Both running backs are still worth using, and Braham will catch anything in the same area code. If Lewis is in, we can at least consider Jamari Hawkins for a five-man stack, especially if Christian Ross is out.

I have a feeling that most who play a Memphis stack will run it back with Retzlaff. I recommend that as well, but I won't stop there. I will pair him with either Omari Hayes or Brown-Stephens.

Another thing to consider is as game stack here with Retzlaff and both receivers paired with a Memphis four-man. You can either upgrade to Shazz Preston or leave extra money on the table. This game has the highest total on the slate.

Also consider these stacks:

  • Central Florida
  • Northwestern (GPP only)
