LPL Matches

Oh My God vs. Victory Five (-250)

V5 comes in sitting at .500 while OMG is tied for dead last in the LPL standings. I think these odds should be more like -400. V5 has the edge in baron and herald rates, but do not put much priority on dragons. It is simple for V5, get ahead early and stay ahead. V5 has a 90% win rate when ahead at the 15 minute mark. Good news for V5 is that OMG is the worst early game team in the LPL as they sport a -1500 average gold differential at 15 minutes. Weiwei holds an insane 77% kill participation, while Mole leads the team with a 25% damage rate. They definitely make my favorite JNG/MID duo on the slate.

The pick: Victory Five, 2-0

Top V5 plays:

  • Mole - MID
  • Weiwei - JNG
  • PpGod - SUP
  • Trigger - ADC (may have sub risk if V5 drops a game)

Rogue Warriors vs. Royal Never Give Up (-1200)

Another lopsided match here, feels like we have been getting a lot of these lately. RNG is third in the league standings at the moment while RW sits tied for last with OMG. Don't really need much of an explanation here, RNG owns RW in every statistic that matters. Should be an easy 2-0 for RNG right?. I would think so, but as we have seen in the past, nothing is guaranteed with any RNG squad. I do like them to sweep here but I do think they will come in as the highest owned stack tonight. I like finding my one-off or small stack from RNG to try to gain a little leverage. GALA leads this RNG squad in both kill participation and damage percent.

The pick: RNG, 2-0

Top RNG plays:

  • GALA - ADC
  • Cryin - MID
  • Xiaohu - TOP
  • Ming - SUP

NS Reforce vs. T1 (-285)

Another slate with T1 on it, who will they start is the question we are all asking. After totally changing up the whole lineup last match and making me look stupid for recommending people who did not start. I apologize for that and we move on. If you can't be up at 2A.M. eastern to check LCK lineups on Twitter, then do not play T1 tonight.

I am going to guess and say they will roll the same line as last time but no promises. NS sits at 3-7 while T1 has had a rocky split thus far for their standards and currently sit at 5-5. T1 has advantages in first flood, first turret, dragons, and barons. I like the BOT lane a lot tonight for T1, whoever they do start will have a huge advantage. Keria is probably the only guy that is sure to start on this roster. I like T1 to sweep and their ownership will likely be surpressed due to lineup changes and heavier favorites on the slate. Could be a really sneaky spot if you can stay up and wait for lineups to come out.

The pick: T1, 2-0

Top T1 plays:

  • Teddy - ADC
  • Clozer - MID
  • Zeus - TOP
  • Keria - SUP

DAMWON Gaming (-1400) vs. Liiv Sandvbox

DAMWON is still the kings of the LCK, and Sandbox sits in last place at just 2-8 this split. Kind of a copy and paste from the RNG match here. DWG owns Sandbox in every stat. I fear that DWG may finish these games too quick resulting in a low-scoring 2-0 sweep. The upside is always there with DWG but this will be a vert popular spot. I will be fading DWG tonight with the exception of maybe a one-off and if it sinks me then it sinks me. This whole roster is viable tonight. My favorite way to go here would be a BeryL one-off, I never usually one-off the Support position but the sure sweep bonus here is always nice to have at SUP.

The pick: DWG 2-0

Top DWG plays:

  • BeryL - SUP
  • Ghost - ADC
  • Canyon - JNG
  • ShowMaker - MID

Summary

  1.  Back to four game slates, love to see it. We have four solid favorites tonight, I don't think there are really any live dogs tonight. If I had to guess ownership I would say DWG, RNG, T1, and V5 from highest to lowest.
  2. My favorite stack on the night is V5
