Hello there eSports DFS enthusiasts, and welcome back to RotoBaller's coverage of Call of Duty DFS contests for DraftKings! It's been a little while since I have been able to write up a COD slate (and I'm still disappointed in FanDuel for dropping so many of their eSports contests).
We have a two-match slate on Friday with two highly competitive playoff matches! Two-gamers are tricky but I'm here to help you figure it out! Let's dive in!

Call of Duty: London Home Series (Best of 5)
- Chicago Huntsmen (-135) vs. New York Subliners (Even)
- Florida Mutineers (-160) vs. Toronto Ultra
COD DFS Basics
- Like in CSGO, players receive two points for a kill and are penalized -1 for dying. Therefore, the simplest stat to look at here is K/D ratio. However, players can also earn fantasy points for planting or defusing bombs (three points each) in Search and Destroy rounds, so there are some players who we can target for other skills besides their ability to kill the opponent.
- You need to roster a team slot on both sites. Teams accrue fantasy points for games won (+4), matches won (+10), and Search and Destroy rounds won (+.5).
- Teams will be playing best-of-five matches on a rotation of various game modes. Those modes and the order in which they are played is as follows: Hardpoint, Search & Destroy, Domination, Hardpoint, Search & Destroy.
- In hardpoint rounds, players with positive K/D ratios are usually the highest scorers and these rounds are often the bloodiest.
- The Domination round is a good bit different than the others as teams attempt to control flag points on the map. These rounds can be bloody, but also can be relatively low-scoring depending on how aggressive or defensive teams get in this round. Players can earn +1 for successful flag captures during this domination round.
DFS Captain Considerations
Owakening - Probably an obvious pick here, but this guy has been absolutely smashing for this Mutineers squad and this is a match that should go four or five games, so lock him in.
Mack - Another likely chalky option, but my top GPP captain plays are listed below. Mack is the best player in this league in my opinion, as he consistently drops 150+ for us, I expect NY to be able to push this four, but a sweep is in the back of my mind but also unlikely to happen, I would lock him in without hesitation.
Other captain plays: Cammy, FormaL, Arcitys, Fero
COD DFS Value Plays
Accuracy - This guy has been a staple to all of my articles and that won't change here. You definitely need the value on these two game slates to get the studs that you need. If this series goes five, Accuracy is a near-lock for 90+ DKP.
CleanX - Value is tough to come by on this slate, Accuracy and CleanX are the only two I actually feel comfortable with today in all honesty. CleanX has shown potential to be the second option on this Ultra squad at times and he seems to be the safest value play on the slate as I expect this to be the higher scoring series.

COD DFS Stacks
I hate ranking stacks on a two-game slate because the options are so limited. So today I thought I would provide a brief breakdown on both of the matches on the slate as well as my favorite players on each team.
For the first match of the day, I think Chicago takes it 3-1. One reason is that I do not really trust NY on anything outside of Hardpoint but I also don't see them beating Chicago on both Hardpoints. My favorite Chicago plays are FormaL, Arcitys, and Envoy. On the NY side, I like Mack, Temp, and Accuracy.
For the second match, this is the one I want more exposure to. I believe this is more likely to go five and most of my favorite plays come from this match. On the Florida side, they are all honestly viable. But my favorites are Owakening, Fero, and Havok. On the Toronto side, I like Cammy, Methodz, and CleanX. I will tale Florida to win here, 3-2.
This is a two-game slate, try to make your lineup construction as contrarian as possible to differentiate yourself from the pack.
