DraftKings PGA DFS Lineup Picks - RBC Canadian Open (2026)

Sam Burns - PGA DFS, DraftKings, FanDuel, Fantasy Golf, Betting

Zach's DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks for the RBC Canadian Open (2026). His PGA DFS targets and value plays for daily fantasy golf lineups.

Welcome, everyone, to my DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks and advice for the 2026 RBC Canadian Open. I'll be providing DFS picks and analysis to help you set those winning DraftKings lineups. After some weather early in the week caused a marathon finish at the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club last week, the PGA TOUR is headed to Canada for the RBC Canadian Open before the U.S. Open takes center stage as the third major championship of the season.

The RBC Canadian Open is an exciting national open with great fan participation and a fun course that draws a solid field as players try to get their game in gear for the major championship next week. Last year, the RBC Canadian Open debuted its new "home" at the North Course at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley. The typically rotating event will return to the same course this year and again next year. The course renovations were specifically designed to host a full-field PGA TOUR event with all the festivities. Ryan Fox outlasted Sam Burns in a playoff in the course's debut last year, after the two emerged from a crowded leaderboard that featured an 11-way tie at one point on Saturday. With another wild week ahead, who should he be on your DFS fantasy golf roster?

The RotoBaller team has you covered with details on the course, the field, the history of the event, and much more throughout the week, so be sure to check out all the coverage available at the PGA hub on RotoBaller. In this post, I'll break down six of my top DFS fantasy golf plays coming into the week.

Big Dogs: Top-Tier PGA DFS Lineup Picks

Sam Burns ($10.1K)

Burns finished runner-up last year at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley's North Course, after he closed with a sizzling 62 (-8) to chase down Ryan Fox ($7.8K) and get into the playoffs. Burns couldn't find one more birdie in the four playoff holes, though, ultimately coming up just short, even though he showed he can torch the course.

Last week, Burns was in the mix but ran into a tree... twice.

Ultimately, he finished just two strokes out of the playoff between J.T. Poston and Ryan Gerard. His T4 was still his best finish of the season, though, and continued his recent run of strong play.

Burns has made the cut in eight straight events, with five top-25 finishes. He has three top-seven finishes on the year, and he has gained strokes putting in eight consecutive tournaments.

Last week, he only had five bogeys, finishing second in scrambling and GIR%. He also ranked in the top 10 in Strokes Gained: Approach, Strokes Gained: Putting, and Driving Distance.

Over his last six months, he ranks second in the field in Strokes Gained: Putting, fifth in Total Strokes Gained, and 16th in Strokes Gained: Approach. His style is a little different than many typical approach-shot specialists, but he's found a way to contend by leaning on his putter to compensate.

If he can carry over his form from last week at Muirfield Village and pick up where he left off last year at TPC Toronto, he should be poised to contend for his sixth PGA TOUR win. He hasn't won since 2023, but he has been knocking on the door enough to be a good DFS fantasy golf play with a high ceiling if you can afford his six-figure salary.

Kristoffer Reitan ($8.8K)

Reitan got his breakthrough win on the PGA TOUR at the Truist Championship at Quail Hollow in a Signature Event. He put together another great week as one of my value plays last week at the Memorial, finishing T6 after a sizzling 65 on Sunday.

His bogey-free Final Round that matched the low round of the day will give him good momentum swinging north to Canada, where he'll be making his first appearance at the RBC Canadian Open.

Reitan won twice on the DP World Tour in 2025 and has settled in quickly on the PGA TOUR with seven made cuts in a row, including his win as part of five top-10 finishes in those seven tournaments.

Over the last 30 days, Reitan has led the entire field in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green and is second in Strokes Gained: Approach and Total Strokes Gained.

The 28-year-old from Norway has proven he can contend when at his best and could be in the mix again this week if he keeps rolling. Getting him under $9K.

Underdogs: Mid-Range PGA DFS Lineup Picks

Alex Fitzpatrick ($8.7K)

Fitzpatrick is another fast riser joining the PGA TOUR from the DP World Tour, and he has been near the top of the leaderboard most of the year. He was another strong play from my

He earned his PGA TOUR card by winning alongside his brother at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, but even before that, he was in good form on the DP World Tour, with nine top-25 finishes in his last 13 events before winning at the Hero Indian Open at the end of March. Since his big win, he has three top-10 finishes in his three signature events, with a made cut and T75 at the PGA Championship in his only other appearance.

Last week, Fitzpatrick matched Reitan for the low Final Round score by draining eight birdies and one bogey. He only missed one fairway in the entire final round and gained strokes across all major categories.

Over the last three months, Fitzpatrick ranks second in the field in Strokes Gained: Approach, Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green, and Total Strokes Gained. He has a high ceiling and is still looking for his first individual win, but with how well he's playing, he has the potential to claim a win this season.

Bud Cauley ($7.8K)

Cauley didn't play last year at TPC Toronto, but the 36-year-old veteran comes in with steady form and good upside as he continues his comeback after a serious car accident.

Cauley has made the cut in nine straight tournaments dating back to the start of March, and he has five top-26 finishes during that stretch, including each of his last two events. He was in the mix at the PGA Championship but faded to a T26. He took two weeks off before posting a T22 at Muirfield Village Golf Club last week. In each of those two finishes, he gained strokes in all major categories.

Cauley ranks in the top 15 in the field in Strokes Gained: Approach and Total Strokes Gained over the last three months. He also ranks in the top 10 in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green, so he has the overall game to climb to the top this week and be a great value at under $8K.

Junkyard Dogs: Top PGA DFS Value Picks

Zachary Bauchou ($7.3K)

Bauchou is putting together a very solid all-around rookie season after earning his full-time membership through the Korn Ferry Tour last year.

Bauchou ranks in the top 20 in this field in Strokes Gained: Approach and Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green over the last three months.

He has posted five straight top-30 finishes, with his best finish of the year coming at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, where he finished T6. He is currently ranked No. 80 in the FedExCup Points list and is lined up to keep his membership if he continues his roll.

Bauchou has been steady enough to be a great value from under $8K, and his all-around game should fit well at TPC Toronto.

A.J. Ewart ($6.9K)

Ewart is another PGA TOUR rookie putting together a strong season. This event will be especially meaningful to Ewart, since he was born in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. He missed the cut last year at this course, but he has shown much better form this year.

He won the Elk Ridge Saskatchewan Open on the PGA Tour Americas in 2024 and had seven top-25 finishes in 16 events on that circuit in 2025. He earned his PGA TOUR card by winning the PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry and has looked good so far this season.

He has made the cut in 10 of his 14 events with five top-25 finishes. In the two events in Dallas, Ewart posted a T19 at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson and followed that up with a T17 at the Charles Schwab Challenge, highlighted by this hole-in-one.

Ewart has five top-30 finishes and two missed cuts in his last seven events, and he ranks seventh in the field in Strokes Gained: Putting over the last three months. If he can keep his flat stick rolling, he has a good chance to post a high finish in his national open this week.
